This dollhouse is very cute! It doesn't take too well to assemble once you figure what each part connects to based on the visual picture instructions. The dollhouse is sturdy plastic. I like that it comes with six rooms and two balconies, a staircase, six little dolls, furniture, a little seesaw, two trees, and an enclosed fence. There's a lot of playtime value with this set. The dolls aren't high quality, but they're very cute. Overall, this is an entertaining dollhouse set that my little girl has fun playing with.

It’s not a terrible product, but definitely not for a 6 year old. Lots of little pieces and difficult to put them together. Only problem is the older you get the more they’re not interested in these type of toys anymore. Lol by my 12 year old put some of it together and is planning to give the dolls to her niece.

While this dollhouse is sweet and has a lot of furniture and accessories, when you first pull it out of the box it looks a little daunting. I highly suggest that you assemble this one while the children are nestled, all snug in their beds, and put a fat bow on it for when they wake up the next morning. Know that it's going to take over an hour to put together. Have your child help you with the decorations, but put that sucker together first, if it's an option. If not, you should definitely schedule some uninterrupted time and have something else for your kidlet to do when they get bored and wander off.Once it's together, it's just as cute as the pictures, and it looks like it will last quite awhile, provided there's no rough-housing. (I remember sort of ruining mine, as a child, but i drove the Batmobile through the back of the garage, soooo... my bad.) Just be patient, put it together over one, not three cocktails, and your child will absolutely adore this play set!

This set has way too many little pieces to it and too much time to out together. Would not recommend for toddlers.

I didn’t read the reviews in advance which I regret now. This has so many pieces and took me a minute to put together. I would do it before giving it to your children so they’re not constantly over your shoulder asking if you’re done. Hahah also, I was confused when I first got it because the outside of the box shows a blue house but I definitely remembered it being pink. It was pink on the inside.

Overall, this is a pretty cute three-story dollhouse. Assembling it wasn’t difficult but does take a bit of time, as there are several components. The instructions are picture based which is great since some of the translations on the box itself are a little off. Once assembled, it’s a neat little toy. It includes several dolls too. One word of caution though; if you have very young children in the house, you’ll want to be careful since there are several parts that can be potential choking hazards. Other than that, this is a great little toy, and much less expensive than some of the bigger brand names.
