LED Grill Lights for 2016-2019 Aftermarket Toyota Tacoma TRD PRO Grille with Harness & Fuse(Amber light with black housing)

Lights go in grill easy, run wires easy but the jumper wire is about 12ga and the wire it plugs into (harness) is about 18ga didn't like that. I notched the fuse box pluged into a 10amp fuse and it worked when the lights where on. Put the fuse box lid on and cut the 18ga wire in half. This time I notched the lid also, Soldered the wire back together but this time I pluged it into the inject fuse thats hot when the engine is started. Now they are on when ever the motor is on, plus the lights will come on when the injectors do a self check so if you don't want that to happen use the lighting fuse or splice into the wiring.

These work but I docked off two stars for a few reasons:1. The packaging is absolutely terrible, an unmarked cardboard box, no cushioning which is great when USPS will cream something into your mailbox before they walk from the street to your doorstep.2. Another characteristic of the Chinese made special, literally zero instructions, luckily there's enough on YouTube and TacomaWorld if you run into trouble.3. The outer two lights are way too tall. In order to get a good fitment I had to sand down about half a cm with a Dremel.4. They include 15A fuses but the sockets that work best on the Tacoma are 10A fuses. You can borrow the spare 10A fuse in your fuse box and make it work but you'll still have to make a trip to the auto parts store to replace that eventually.

UPDATE: After a month they all got condensation in them. WORTHLESS !Install is fairly simple. Make sure you have replacement fuses on hand to put into the add a fuse because the OEM ones do not fit. My main complaint about these is that they aren’t bright at all.

I love the lights! Makes my tacoma stand out with the amber lights on.. Only reason I gave 4 star was because the connectors at the end of the led lights were very loose and the black and red wire was shorter then the other. So the metal prongs inside the connector did not make a connection to light up. After install all the 4 lights did not come on. So after fidgeting with the connectors I found it was loose. I had to strip the wires, make the wires the same length, then electrical tape the ends so the wires would stay snug and tight. It works now. -1 star for poor manufacturing.
