Genuine Original Dell J1KND Battery 6 Cell 48Wh 11.1V

I received the battery, well packaged and intact. Installation was very easy, perfect and fit as advertised. The new battery worked very well and has improved the usefulness of my PC greatly.Thank you for making this purchase flawless.

This battery does appear to be a genuine Dell battery. It fits my Dell INSPIRON N7110 perfectly. I have been using this battery for one and a half months now, and it has worked as good as the original one that came with the laptop.

I must say that at first did not recognize the battery the computer, so the disconnect and connect several times and was in command of battery icon to register it again, and I repeated this procedure several times until the laptop and recognized. But the sustained charge was no more than 1 hour, got the 100% l charge 15 times and let it drain to 7%, had read that supported the charge in a comment 2 1/2 hours for one buyer, but in my case is no more than 1 hour as I explain. Even with these drawbacks, I think I've solved my need for a new battery. This can have only one explanation for my understanding, the battery is not suitable if the original is actually ??? but I think that in any case are very old batteries that were not sold at the time and some were saved and ready to Dell's sold to wholesalers at very good prices to get the cost of production. good luck to them, but perhaps would seek to try another company or at least the 9-cell which in theory should last longer.

Although this battery appears to be a Dell battery, it clearly is not despite the fact that it is listed as Genuine Original and has the manufacture listed as Dell.First, it came in a non Dell box with a contact number that is a mobile phone in Hong Kong and no Dell labelingSecond, the instructions inside the box were in poorly written English with grammar and spelling mistakes.Third, the battery was listed as being Assembled in China with Battery Cell Made in Korea on the case, but the serial number label said Made in Japan.Fourth, it initially was recognized by the computer, but was detected as non genuine when running a full diagnostic test.Since the battery I ordered was fulfilled by Amazon, I was able to return it to get a refund from Amazon. They seemed uninterested in investigating the product even though it clearly violates the Amazon policies on Anti-Counterfeiting since it is deceptively marketed as being a genuine Dell product.Buyer beware, the battery may work, but there is not way of knowing the quality of the components and as such there is risk of damage to your computer as well as catastrophic battery failure such as explosion or fire.

I bought this for my daughter's laptop and so far it is performing well, it is not holding the charge as long as I would like (4-41\2 hrs.).

Looks just like on the picture and feels like the real DELL battery. It fit my laptop perfectly and red cross which warns you to replace battery is gone.

I ordered this because it was exactly what I was looking and at a great price. I put it in my lap top and it worked just like the originalone.

This battery seemed initially promising. It fit neatly into the compartment, and I was able to run off it for the better part of two days -- although it did give me an annoyed beep and a "battery not recognized" message at startup. But then when I tried to plug in my charger, the battery adamantly refused to recharge. At this point the battery is totally drained and dead weight.Maybe this product has worked better for other people, but it was a failure for me.
