Worked as advertised, no latency or delay issues that I can tell after the signal split. Using it to split signal to run two receivers.

Great product
Working flawlessly so far. I use it to split an Amazon Fire TV signal in two: one direct to the TV (simple soundbar) and one to my AV receiver for 5.1 playback. I had tried a less expensive splitter but was getting very poor quality video and dropped audio, so I had to return the device. So far, this splitter is getting the job done with no hiccups. Very happy with the purchase.

Boosts signal when using for that function
Purchased this after trying two different HDMI repeaters/boosters that did not include AC power. Did not need this for the splitting function but ordered to hopefully boost the signal. I am going from LG Blu-ray DVD to Sharp 4K TV that required 50' of 4K HDMI cable. This product did the job for me where the others failed.

Bought to be able to use Xbox, Apple TV, DVD player with only 1 port on my TV And I'm really happy bc it was such a pain to unplug my xbox any time I wanted to use my Apple TV or vice versa

Monitor splitter only
This will not work to slit to devices (Xbox & Cable Box), but for multiple monitors. Not what I needed or what this was advertised to do.

Great device if you have one HDMI output and need it to go to 2 devices.s
Just what I needed! I have a surround sound system that requires pushing several buttons on its remote to get things working properly. My wife likes to press a button and have the TV and sound go on without delay or complexity. My TV has multiple HDMI inputs and this device solved my problem. The HDMI cable from my DVR goes to the input and one output goes to my TV (HDMI port 2); the other output goes to my surround sound system and from the surround system to my TV (HDMI port 1.) When I want surround I just switch to HDMI 1 and blast away. My wife is happy because all she has to do is use the one simple remote to watch TV. You know what they say - Happy Wife, Happy Life ;->
