Bought this to drain and refill a 13 litre motorbike fuel tank. Cutting the tubing and attaching the tap and clips was easy, and I was confident of no leaks. The pump itself is reasonably robust - I had no concerns about it splitting. Once I give the pump a few squeezes and gravity took over, it drained the tank in a couple of minutes. Very easy, no mess. Would recommend.

I bought this product as a tool to remove run-off water from drip trays under my larger house plants. It obviously takes longer than moving the plants and emptying the trays, however I no longer have to do my ageing back in lifting them up every couple of days so I am fairly happy..If you are overly vigorous with the pump in an effort to speed the process up, you will make a mess and some drips do come out of the hand pump if you go mad with it. If it were fuel I'd be concerned but as my use us just dirty water I don't care so much.All in all a tenner well spent.

Used to empty and refill a fish tank for cleaning. Just follow the arrows, insert in water and squeeze. Simples.

Well what a useless product! Does not work so had to scrap my car with £70 of fuel left in the tank!!

Product arrived and tubing was severely crushed where it had been packed for dispatch. This is not really a great idea when you need the item to syphon liquids!!

Doesn’t have strong enough suction pressure and therefore it was difficult to pump all the way through. Used this for water so it’ll be even worse for denser fluids.

Not that good if you are trying to empty a swimming pool

When this arrived the pipe was badly kinked, and I had to try to rectify it as best I could. The delivery consisted of a plastic bag with pipe, bulb, a couple of clips and a plastic valve / tap, the function of which I cannot discern.No instructions, no guidance, so I referred back to the Amazon page, it simply says 'cut pipe'. Wow, thanks.Bought it for one job, to drain fuel from my old lawnmower, which it partially achieved.I hate, and rarely give, negative reviews, but I really wish I had gone for a more expensive one, but as it was for one job (can't use it to drain and clean turtle tank, due to petrol contamination) I didn't want to spend a lot.They could have cut and fitted the pipe, though
