Great book for losing weight and eating healthy
This novel has really wowed me. I've read a few books on meal planning, particularly those that are concerned with weight loss, and I've found that a lot of them are just so absurdly complex that they overwhelm the reader right away. This book is well-written and offers several options that you can modify for allergies or special diets. The dishes are excellent and easy to make. The grocery lists are practical and time-saving. The strategy is effective if you want to lose weight permanently. It will change your life you learn how to simultaneously prepare various recipes. The strategy is effective if you want to lose weight permanently. Instead of feeling like you are dieting, you feel like you are embracing a new way of life.

Your new "go to" for meal planning & prep!!
I love how well thought out, organized and easy to digest-see what I did there 😉-this book is!! The information is short and sweet, the process is laid out wonderfully for you, the tips and tricks are invaluable and the planning sheets and sample menu make life so much easier!! Also, there are some mindset changes towards the end of the book that can be applied to every area of life! I can't say enough good things, I'm excited for the changes in my health I know are coming and I would highly recommend this book to anyone looking to simplify their meal planning and anyone looking to switch to healthy food choices!

Detailed prepping
The author clearly spent a lot of time researching weight loss and how it's different for women than men. The book offers a lot of useful information about prepping and different types of prepping. It's unfortunate that there wasn't any differentiation based on a woman's age or lifestyle, for instance. The author looks pretty young and her weight loss of 162 lbs to 125 lbs is great -- but that's a heckuva lot tougher for someone in her 50s! I also thought the photos could have been more attractive and I honestly didn't care for a lot of the recipes (they are very meat-oriented), though that's no biggie because I can easily enough prep what I do like.The overall theme of the book is helpful, as are the details about how the author accomplished her weight loss (help of professionals, but also intermittent fasting, which is something I'm trying now). Anyone interested in how to organize her life in the kitchen and prepare meals would enjoy this book.

Awesome!
I love meal prepping, so when I saw this book, I had to get it. There was so much good advice in here on how to meal prep for success, and I loved the author included some recipes at the end as well. Definitely worth the purchase and read! Will recommend. Well done.

Great book for meal prepping
I found it’s a great book! I’m just getting into meal prepping, I like how you have the chart for listing your protein, and what to add to it.I try to use what I have on hand.Chopping up 3-4 veggies really makes prepping easier, I do like that suggestion!

It’s useful info, but no color photos
I found this book helpful, but the lack of color photos and the smaller size of the book aren’t to my liking … I use a different meal prep book most of the time.

Great information
This is exactly what I was looking for in a meal prepping book. Robyn gives step by step instructions on how to meal prep and which foods to cook and prepare first. I'm new to meal prepping and her information and guides helped tremendously!

She has some good ideas I do not care for the recipes just because I’m not a pork eater overall I’m not sure I’m really crazy about the book

Fijn boek met lege formats en veel tips over het bereiden van gezonde maaltijden voor de de gehele week. Deze kan je dan in een middag voorbereiden) na het boodschappen doen) voor vriezer en gewoon in de ijskast. Fijn ook de ondersteuning op FB en via mail.
