I love these DHC silky cotton.. The reason I love them is because they are cotton squares & that is hard to find.. The square shape is great for cleansing my face & eyes, etc.. I use them with my micellar water every day & night & they work perfect....they are really absorbent & clean well.. I consider them pretty soft because the only other cotton I used was facial rounds from a store & those were decent.I'd rather use these because they are thicker & I only need to use one or possibly another when using makeup.. I have to say that I'm someone who doesn't really use alot of makeup - mostly natural look with just a little bit.The rounds I used to use were thin & would almost fall apart in my fingers.. With these squares they hold up well. The cotton squares are a bit over 1 inch each..These are an excellent value! If anyone wants a facial cotton that isn't round but is square & more thick then think about trying these.. Never too late to find something new for you skin!

I got a similar type of cotton pads a long time ago but do not remember where I bought them (back before my "Amazon shopping" days), and I cannot find them at any of my local stores. I have tried many nail wipes that claim to be lint free but I still had issues with fibers sticking in my nail polish. I've searched extensively and was pleased to have finally come across these cotton pads that are exactly the same as the ones I had bought in the past.The reason I like these cotton pads with a covering is that a regular cotton ball or pad leaves lint on my nails when removing polish or the sticky residue on gel polish. But the covering on these pads is a woven material that does not leave behind any lint whatsoever. Most cotton pads I have tried over the years, even if they state they are lint free, still leave lint behind. The covering on these pads prevent that from happening, but the soft thicker cotton pad inside is absorbent so they hold enough polish remover, alcohol, etc., to get the job done without the fear of lint.I use these primarily for soaking off gel polish because of the amount of product they are able to hold. Due to this, I would not use them with expensive serum because of the amount of product they are able to hold, and most of it would remain on the pad when applying it to my face. But this is not the primary reason I wanted them.These are so much better than regular cotton pads I can get at the dollar store and a little pricey but so worth the extra money. Now that I have rediscovered these, I will never go back.

I've been using this product for years. It is the only product, combined with a good eye makeup remover oil, that I would use. It's soft, but the texture is strong. It holds the oil I use to remove my makeup perfectly. I found the best deal on Amazon, perfect price, plus with Amazon I got an extra box included! I will not be going back to the other company that sells this and that I had used in the past.

These silky cotton squares are so much better than cotton balls for removing eye makeup, etc. because the silky covering ensures that none of those nasty little fibers that are so obvious in cotton balls are there to stick to your eyelashes and get into your eyes. They're great for anything cosmetic as well as for cleansing wounds, applying calamine lotion to a poison ivy rash, etc.

I’ve used these for a couple years now and they are my go to! I actually cut them in half and use those for my toner process. No shedding whatsoever and hold up well to use. Thick quality but doesn’t waste a lot of your product. Soft on the skin but still really durable and can hold up to scrubbing if needed. Great product.

Update: I was about to place an order for my next round on this trio of cotton pads and noticed they upped their pricing to $10 more at $17. Booooo! 👎 So much for writing a 5* star review previously on their pricing.Original: What?! $7 for a pack of three? Get out! I’m beyond ecstatic with the pricing on this trio of makeup wipes and couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw them here on Amazon. These are my absolute favorite cotton pads because they’re well made and not to mention - soft and pillowy for my face. I solely use them as toner pads after cleansing and they did a superior job than regular cotton pads which usually fall apart in one use. For YEARS I’ve been ordering these from Dermstore without ever realizing I could compare pricing here, and one box would cost me $7. I must’ve been living under a rock, le sigh. Anyway, I’m giddy with joy knowing I could reorder here and for much better pricing. I’ve assessed the product and it appeared to be authentic. Ladies and gents, don’t sleep on these.

What I love most about these sturdy, lint free pads is that they have a little pocket on one side for you to slip your fingers into. They hold a good amount of product and I use them for some of my thicker toners that I can spray. Also perfect for polish remover
