So, I buzzed my natural long thick hair, because of struggling with the color for years. It cost over $300 dollars to color my hair professionally. I have been coloring my hair since I was 12. Plus other things that are going on in my life that’s changing I needed something to represent that change. I’m learning to love myself going to therapy etc…and buzzing my hair was apart of me actually seeing me for the first time. Side note my therapist did not tell me to buzz my hair lol. I want my natural color and I want to age gracefully not having to worry about color anymore. So, I’m growing my hair from scratch. Being bald I can handle. What I can’t handle is having to go to school functions etc and looking like I lost my mind or something so I got this wig. It’s helping me through this shocking process. I love the wig. It’s about the length my actual hair was before I buzzed it. It looks pretty real to me unless you put it under a microscope…I never knew wigs could be so fun!! I’m thankful for this wig. If you’re thinking of buying it and are just an average joe not high maintenance this is the wig for you! No one will be able to tell it’s a wig unless they are seriously studying you…I plan on wearing mine with hats for everyday use. I’m a mom not a model lol. We will see how it holds up. They are only $30 so I’ll probably end up buying a few more. I’m happy with this purchase!

This definitely isn’t a bad product! But it requires a lot of customization to get something wearable, in my opinion.You can tell it’s a wig, especially out of the box. But if you trim the lace of course, but also the wig itself to fit around your ears comfortably, it looks a bit more natural.I would recommend bleaching the lace to get it as smooth as possible, but putting foundation on it is good enough for me, but you can judge the pictures and decide for yourself.I cut a lot of length off the wig. It doesn’t look good when it’s that long. Adding face framing pieces and layers is crucial to adding realism to your wig. I lost most of the blonde in the process, but I might bleach it myself.It’s so sturdy! I’ve tried whipping my head around and head banging and it sits very well and hardly moves.It tangles a bit, but it’s never a struggle to brush out.You can wear it up, in a ponytail or clip (that’s what I’ve tried, I’ve yet to experiment with buns and more complex styles). The tracks don’t show, and the face framing pieces help greatly at covering the wig’s hairline.Make sure you pluck the hairline and part, that will change so much.I recommend getting it as a starter wig! It helps you gain an understanding in wig styling and installing, and if it goes wrong, you don’t lose too much money, and it looks good if you do it well!

I accidentally over bleached and over processed my hair resulting in a lot of breakage last month and got a few hats and this wig to wear while my hair grows back. I've never worn a wig before for any reason, it was easy to get on/off (I get get extra nylon caps and a headband to keep the wig more secure). I always get compliments on it and a lot of people think it's my real hair. I do prefer wearing a headband (black one in picture) to cover the front part of the wig. The roots look more darker in person than as pictured and I love it even more. Does shed a little but nothing too crazy. No issues with fit. Since it's my first wig I don't have anything to compare it to, weight seemed fine, not uncomfortable and lacing seemed ok, I had a friend who has worn wigs help me the first time. Easy to care for too.
