MerrellWomen's Moab 3 Shoe

I take a size 8.5 and that's what I ordered. They fit perfectly! Light, sturdy and extremely comfortable. I'll be ordering another pair. Looks just like the picture.

I really love these shoes to be honest. They are super comfortable and sturdy for hiking. I've had these for about a month now and they are great. I hike every week and can walk from 2 hours up to 6 and these shoes hold up support wise. Breaking them in for me wasn't too uncomfortable. They hurt my heals a little bit but it stopped after 3 or 4 wears. I ordered my usual size and they fit perfectly. They can make your feet hot in the summer but it's worth it to have good support during a hike and not go home with aching painful feet. I also feel these are a good quality for the price. Not too much more than buying some sneakers. I also don't think the water proof versions of these shoes would be worth it unless you're running through water or are willing to hike in heavy rain. I was looking for a comfortable trail shoe that would hold up longer than a few months and these are perfect. They’re also decently priced. Very comfortable from the start with no breaking in period and good tread for the trails. I usually wear 7.5 to 8, normal width, and I got an 8 as that was the recommendation. 8 fits perfectly. I will definitely buy these again.

My shoe size is somewhere between an 8 and 8 1/2, but I usually buy 8 1/2s out of caution, because of an old injury in my right foot. As I looked at these Moab 3's, I noticed Amazon recommended an 8, and I'll admit I pondered a few minutes whether to follow their recommendation before taking a leap of faith. I'm very happy I did, as these size 8's fit great, there's decent room in the toe box (which is critical for my injured foot), and no pinching anywhere.They came brand new in a sealed box. I ordered the Smoke color, and on my laptop display, the mesh fabric in the Amazon picture looked like a cold gray, and the leather looked like warm brownish gray. The sole in the Amazon pic looked considerably darker than the uppers. In the shoes I received, the mesh fabric is more like a country blue (blue gray), and the leather is a warm gray color but not brownish as in the Amazon page. Also, the sole in the ones I received are closer to the color of the leather, but just a hair darker.All in all they look and feel great. I'm very happy with this purchase, and the next time Amazon recommends a size, I'll be even more inclined to follow their recommendation.

I’m was in need of some proper hiking shoes for an upcoming RV trip this June. I’ve read many, many, reviews on different brands of hiking shoes. Merrell seemed to consistently get good reviews. Found these Merrell Womens Moab3 hiking shoes on Amazon during a sale. Several people advised they ran close to size. So, I ordered an 8, my normal size. Received them in a few days. They fit perfectly! Extremely comfortable from the start. Have worn them a few times, to a local park, to try them out on various outside terrain. I’m confident that they will hold up well for the hiking and biking we are planning for the RV trip in June. Looking forward to spending many hours in them! 🤞🏻😎

Hiked the Grand Canyon and the red rocks in Sedona over 4 days and these shoes were perfect. Comfortable and sturdy, made it easy to navigate slippery rocks.

I have worn these shoes three times now and find them very supportive and comfortable. I'm not much of a long-distance hiker anymore, but for 2-3 miles they are perfect.

Had to return as the show sent to us was an incorrect size, US9W instead of US9. Packaged and sent it back for a replacement. Otherwise great shoe.

Used for gardening, very well made comfortable and sturdy. Easy to remove insoles and replace with orthotics. Only complaint is they are a little wide for my feet.

A lot of comments about not having to break the shoes in are strange to me because I'm in a lot of pain breaking these in. They aren't causing blisters but its fairly normal. The insole is not enough for me personally. The look and fit are great though and I'm sure once I get suitable insoles I will be fine!

This is not a paid review: I bought a size 9W and very happy. So I had a previous pair if Merrells and they fit the same. This was a great price considering I bought my first pair 8 years ago for the same price. These are worth the money as they last a long time. I find them light enough but rugged. For the size I am an 8 1/2 and I choose 9 because sometimes you want room to put warm socks in them . You can use these all winter. I have average size wide feet so unless you have super narrow small sized feet I add the wide for extra room for thick socks otherwise they fit normal to size.
