Works great!
This is perfect for my wife and I and we are short. Just over 5’. The only thing you may consider is swapping out for a beefier chain if you are going to put a lot of weight on it.

Qualit
Good quality. Works well as advertised. It's got a good little bit of cushion to it. Honestly I have no complaints. I do feel like if I was a smaller individual that it might not work as well but again for myself personally I have no complaints.

will last for years
Got this for our home gym since my husband has been talking about getting a belt like this. A nice storage bag is included (though not necessary if you plan on using it regularly) alongside the belt and chain. The belt itself is sturdy and well constructed, this bad boy will definitely last for a loonnnggg time. We'll definitely be replacing the chain, as it and the carabiners don't seem to match the quality of the belt. Not a big deal but it is inconvenient. My main issue is the fit. This fits my husband without issue, but it's BIG on me. I'm 5'9" 130lbs, 26-27" waist and 36" hip. Even after adjusting this as small as possible, it still wanted to slip off. I couldn't keep it on my waist, it had to be right on my hip bones. That's not sustainable with moderate weight and will only do more harm than good to my body.So basically, I can't use this but my husband can. Be prepared to replace the chain and carabiners asap. The belt itself should last you a LONG time (assuming you're large enough for it to actually fit you lol) which is really great for the price. My husband loves it, but I'll have to look for another one for myself which will only take up more gym space.

Well built dip belt, some concerns.
We are changing our workout routines and wanted a dip belt. I chose this one, the Bilbear Dip Belt, as it had some positive reviews and seemed like a good size and features. When I opened it, it had a very powerful chemical odor, and after a week in the garage to air out, we decided it needed a second week. After the second week, the smell was almost gone, so I brought it in so we could try it out.First off, I'm a 5' 4" female, and the belt was a bit tall for a comfortable fit; my husband is 6' 7", and it was a better fit for him but not perfect. It closes securely on both of us. Btw, I'm chunky, but it did fit as per the description. I like the location of the D rings, and it seems well-made.My concern is the chain. I wouldn't trust it to hold 200 pounds. It's much lighter then chains I've had on previous dip belts, although to be fair, they cost a lot more, so if you only need to dip with 50 or 75 pounds, the reasonable price make this a good option. Of course, you can always upgrade the chain. To summarize, this dip belt seems well-built with usefully located D rings. If you're a shorter woman like me, this belt may be too tall to be a good fit. The chain seems good for lighter dips, but I'd approach going heavier than 100 pounds with caution or replace the chain. It seems like a good value.Overall for me, I'd consider this a 3 1/2 star item, but for someone taller, I'd consider it a 4 star item.

Design and comfort
Great lifting belt. Very comfortable around the waist, unlike traditional belts which uses the plates to hang around your waist, this belt supports itself with a strap so you don’t feel uncomfortable.instead of chains, the belt uses a soft and highly durable material. This is great for ease of use. The length of the rope is long, providing ideal breathing space, and enabling me to dip and pull-up with proper form by squeezing the plates between my legs.the belt comes with its own nifty bag, which is great for carrying other gym apparels. Overall, this is an ideal, budget friendly, dip/pull up belt on Amazon right now. I have been using this for months and it has worked out great for me. Seriously recommended!

Mediocre product
Belt is pretty straight forward and comfortable to use IF you have a waist size over 35 inches. I have a 31 inch waist and need to pad up my waist area with towels in order to stop the weights from falling off my hips. Would be nice if it had a smaller size to choose from.Quality of the strap that holds the weights is kind of bad. On first use with 30kgs it has already started ripping, so I'll need to replace it at some point with something stronger like a chain.Would only really recommend this product to people who are have a waist of over 35 inches and aren't looking to use more than 20kgs of weight.
