❄️🔥 Cool tech, hot performance — don’t let your rig overheat!
Thermalright TFX 2g Thermal Paste delivers superior heat transfer with 14.3W/m.k conductivity and ultra-low thermal resistance (<0.0028). Its 2-gram size offers precise application, while its wide usable temperature range (-250℃ to +300℃) ensures reliability under extreme conditions. Designed with an ideal consistency, it’s perfect for both beginners and pros aiming to optimize CPU and GPU cooling.

Perfect paste for GPUs, thick and effective, but expensive for the small quantity
Thermalright TFX is my top pick for thermal paste on GPUs and glass substrates, by far. Some find its thick texture hard to spread, but I don’t see this as a problem. After decades of experience, my current technique is to simply apply a central blob in the general shape of the surface, let the heatsink’s pressure spread it, and get great results, usually better than careful spreading (check YouTube videos for proof). The thick paste stays in place during GPU temperature swings, preventing pump-out better than most pastes. So far, it's lasted at least a few years in my tests with no degradation, so at worst the longevity is no worse than OEM pastes. It has low thermal resistance and high conductivity, isn’t electrically conductive (unlike liquid metal), and its easy to use. The main drawback is the price: 2g is costly and only covers about six GPUs if you’re careful. I recommend it for GPU refurbishing, but I wish Thermalright offered larger, cheaper quantities for non-OEM customers like me.

The paste you need!
I have an AORUS GeForce RTX 3080 XTREME WATERFORCE 12G and I thought it was getting too hot this Summer. There was nothing wrong but I felt like I could improve it.Max temps of 61-62C at 85F ambient. (my PC is in a garage in Ventura CA with no air conditioning as of 17AUG23 2PM - day of my testing) My GPU clock is set at +130 which can be a clock speed of 2040 to 2200 stable and draws around 350-360W of power. I can't increase power sadly because its 2x8Pin instead of 3x8Pin(come on Gigabyte!)I took my GPU apart which was super easy on an AIO cooled GPU. 10 total screws later it was open. I used the advise of every other review to heat the paste in hot water before application.I placed it in hot to the touch but not boiling water for a couple minutes inside a ziploc bag but it was still a little tough to spread. It takes a little longer than other thinner pastes, but spreads eventually. Once I was satisfied with the coverage I put it all back together and tested it in benchmarks and longer looping tests.I was able to drop my temps down to 57-58C in the same 85F ambient temp(I used a digital ambient temp thermometer to make sure it was at the same temp as it was before.)Hot spot went from 72C to 67-68C.Temps are even better at night but I wanted to test it at the hottest time of the day to see how it held up.Overall my boost clocks are a bit higher now and my OCD is happy to see temps below 60C!I also have a Thermalright CPU AIO and 12/13th Gen CPU Frame from them as well and they make some banger budget products.Highly recommend!

Keep an eye out for fakes
Great temps with this paste but I hear the last batch was substandard.

Nice paste
Good paste. I saw maybe a 2-3° improvement using this instead of the stock paste that came on my ASUS ROG RYUJIN III 360 AIO.

Odd paste, but very good
I tired of paying Thermal Grizzly's price for keeping my PC cool, and after much research online landed on this paste. It is odd for sure and definitely takes some work to get it down. It comes out like a soft plastic and you have to work it to get it in place. It definitely works and my PC is happy.. I recommend it, but say that you must have patience when applying.. It is greatly appreciated that the price is half that of the other. TYVVM and Have a Blessed day.

Its thickness, very functionality, the quality are great as well, the heat is never even goes to it, just be staying at 35 temperature.

Great paste for GPU
Just got this thermal paste and applied on my CPU and GPU.CPU I don't see a lot of improvements. BUT ON THE GPU DAMMMI fix the hot spot on my 4070TI ASUS TUF just using this paste now does not go over 75 and delta is 10 degrees compare to stock paste that was giving 95 top temps and delta would be sometimes over 20 degrees crazy how ASUS would not spend a bit more on a better pasteThe paste is thick

1070 gtx repaste.
Used on my 6 year old 1070 for its first repaste. Yes the paste is thick and you'll either need to heat it as you spread it or heat it in water before use.I applied a line across the top of the chip, and then used the applicator to spread it down in one even motion, while applying heat from a hair dryer. Get it done in one swipe if possible and you'll have less headache.Thermals are all good now even after a month of steady use. 11c Hotspot delta is holding rock solid. 32c idle and under 60c while gaming.
