One Piece Dual Flush Toilet

This toilet is attractive. It has a dual flush which provides the option to save water when a full flush is not needed. It flushes by way of a split button atop the tank rather than a handle on front of the tank. The tank is self contained (one piece toilet) so you do not have to worry about it leaking from the bolts. A google search shows that the buttons are NO more pricey than your regular handles. Although I am not sure how difficult it would be to replace the dual flush fill valve, it doesn't seem to be expensive either.The included seat does not fit well. It is a quiet-close-type seat, which is nice but it's always sifting position on the toilet. The bolts do not come loose but the thingie that is used over the bolts (instead of just a simple bolt cover there is some sort of latching device) slips forward every few days. It also closes very slowly.Other than the toilet seat, this is a very good buy. Similar toilets are priced way higher than the asking price for this one. Be aware though, that it is elongated style. Also any shelving you want to put over it must allow clearance for the buttons atop the tank section The bottom shelf should be no lower than 30 inches from the floor in order to give the beefy-handed room to press the buttons comfortably.

It came as promised and very well packed. It is installed, I do not believe the installer had any issues installing. I am remodeling and when I came home there it was in my guest bathroom. It flushes nicely and looks great! Some people commented on the seat cover looking cheap, however, since I am remodeling on the modern side, the seat looks chic/modern and it has the feature which does not slam, it closes gently. A little of an inconvenience may be when you want to flush the seat is usually up, so you have to go around or close lid but not a big deal. Over all, I am very satisfied with this purchase.

I installed the toilet myself. This was my 4th installation and I knew what to expect, but still had a few minor issues to overcome.- The bolts don't come with a counter-nut that holds them in place when lowering the toilet into its final position. I used the ones from the old toilet. You need the bolts that come with this toilet, though. The ones from my old (2005) toilet were too short.- Still, one of the bolts slipped out of the metal ring when I tightened the nuts, and I had to re-fit the wax ring and repeat the process.- Don't try to reuse the existing supply line, especially if it is copper and not flexible. It will not fit and will leak if you cut or bend it into place.- Make sure the float mechanism does not turn when you attach the supply line to the tank. Mine did, and it was blocked by the tank wall and did not shut off the water once the tank was full. This resulted in a water stain on my newly finished basement ceiling.- I asked the seller about the rough dimensions for this toilet prior to my purchase, just to be sure (another reviewer reported problems). It fits fine.It has been in use for a couple of weeks now and I like it. Not exacly a luxury product, but it does use very little water, which was my primary motivation for the purchase. I have to admit, I cannot tell if there is a difference between pressing the left and right button (or both together, for that matter) - it always seems to use the same amount of water, but it always works.The toilet seat is plastic and flexes, and it is also not the right size (too small). As others have suggested, replacing it right away might be a good idea.Update: I replaced the toilet seat and found out that the holes are too wide. The toilet seat that I bought allowed for a bit of play, but most toilet seats will not fit on this toilet.

Needed to replace the water-gobbler in the back bathroom with a dual-flush. The price on this looked to be too good to be true. Had a plumber do the install (who want's a mess in the bathroom?). It's a well-made, solid unit with one caveat. I tend to go through toilet-paper rather quickly. If you forget to flush when you really should, then, you get to go for the plunger. Beyond that, it looks good (I replaced the seat with a wooden one to match the vanity), and, sits well. A steal for the price. Perfect for a second, or, guest bathroom. And, you save on water, too!!!

This is a magnificent piece of art work. The toilet makes the bathroom look very beautiful. It works like a charm. We are very happy that we chose this one. Would recommended. The first one we received was broken in pieces, but Rebecca from AHFurnicoinc, did a tremendous job in replacing it fast. With the way the second one looks and works, I already forgot about the first one.

This toilet is way beyond what I expected for quality and looks. Super fast delivery. The only issue with this toilet is the outlet on the bottom is different than US standards and requires a wax seal like use when doing an install over a new tile floor. My wife and I both love it and will get a second one when we remodel our second bath in the spring. Amazon has become my store of choice for home remodeling.

Seat is junk!

This is a beautiful toilet and flushes well.The downside was that the plummer had a difficult time installing it because it is not a standard distance away from the wall (unstandard ruff). He had to cut the floor and move the plumbing a little to make it fit. It took him a whole day to install it.To flush the toilet you have to close the lid to see the buttons, which is bad or good depending on what you want. I would prefer a higher tank so you could flush without dealing with the soft closing lid
