Literally the greatest gift I ever got my son. He is obsessed with it! A bit louder than most toys, but he is so in love with it that I don’t even care about the noise. Honestly a better product than I thought it would be.

This toy is great. For this cheap, you can't really go wrong. Pop in a couple of batteries and your kids have hours of fun. Hard plastic, fairly durable, lights are very bright. It is VERY noisy though.

Dirty (looked used) & very fragile (the parts will not stay on)
I purchased two toy airplanes for my 2 children. When I received the airplanes, they were dirty and scuffed. They looked used, returned and then repackaged for new. This would’ve been a 3-Star issue; however, there is more. The other major issue is that the parts that you have to attach (the wings of the airplane), are very cheap and come off. After coming off multiple times, some of the wing attachments even broke off-making it impossible to re attach! To add insult to injury, the seller sends a nice note with the package to email them first before writing a review on here. Welllll, that email is not valid, and does not work. So if you are the seller and would like to make this up to me, please contact me. Otherwise, my review stands. Quality is very poor and so is the customer service accessibility.
