I can't say the shoes are made from the best material, but it's the show that matters to me. This is my first pair of squatting shoes. For the first time in years, I feel comfortable squatting and with no back pain. I didn't expect that from these shoes, but that is the case. Because of the thicker sole, there isn't much coverage of the heel. Meaning, when doing lunges, my heel slips out of the show some. Overall, worth the price.

Unless you have narrow feet do not buy these shoes. I bought a pair in my standard shoe size and the length was perfect but the shoe is so narrow it squeezed my feet and they started getting numb.

Comfortable

While these shoes are comfortable and exactly what I was looking for at a great price, it doesn’t seem like they’re built to last a long time. I’ve been wearing them the entire workout but I think I’ll have to switch to just using them for squat. Both shoes are already starting to come apart at the toe. This is only after 3 workouts using them.Overall, they’re a good buy for the price. They may just have to be replaced more frequently than I thought. I guess I could try some Gorilla glue on that one part and see how that helps.

The media could not be loaded. These are my third pair of lifting shoes and the first pair from this brand! I originally ordered half a size up as some of the other reviews said they ran a little small. I ended up having to exchange them for a full size bigger than what I normally wear. But let me tell you! Once I got into the correct size, man was I NOT disappointed. These are some of the most comfortable lifters I have ever worn. I was a little skeptical at first due to the fact they were rather keep compared to others I have bought in the past, but their quality is just as good as some of the more expensive ones I have had in the past 10/10 recommend AND will purchase again!

Comfortable and Provide a lot of support.

It’s rough because I needed these for training and I ordered a 9 and it feels very very 8.5 women’s. It says 9 so they are off because not 1 pair of my many 9 shoes fit like this 8.5. Im sure they’ll lose out for this miss unfortunately…. The SIZE is off. Fit was fine if not for this. I wore a few times so I won’t return but I suffer it out in a smaller shoe….ugh every time I put them on I say … I should get rid of them …nobody wants a gym hand me down and what a waste for my budget. Other than sizing if I could get over it it would be fine???
