Hard to put on by yourself, but definitely increases sweat if you use a product like sweet sweat first. I don’t know if heat shaping works.

Wrap around item does not easily stay put and difficult to wrap around upper arm.

I went by the measurements based on their website and it’s too big and my arms are not small. Got the large/extra large. Other than that they do make your arms sweat.

After pregnancy weigh loss, my arms became very flabby. I have used others and they didn't fit/ work. At first thought I was like oh no this arm sweat band is like the others but then I realized it has 2 Velcro straps that were adjustable not just one adjustable strap which made it fit perfectly after proper adjustments.

So there is a slight curve when putting them on they can be a little tricky. Once you put them on they definitely sweat your arms. I will incorporate these in my routine as I have bigger upper arms. Good Price, great buy.

I’ve been looking for a product that would help with my batwing arms. And It’s been a struggle to find something that fits comfortably. But this does the trick! My arms can actually sweat while I am working out.
