I am pestered by little black flies every year so purchased 2 lots of this marble and spray glue.On the whole it worked reasonably well for about 4 weeks, then the little pesky blighters were back.I was very generous with the depth of gravel I put around my plants and the glue.Not the best of solutions to try and stop them ( and expensive ) , so I now use the yellow sticky plasticflower things in conjunctions and I find this works and gets rid of 80 - 90% of them.Impossible to get rid of them all.Worth a try, you might have more luck than me.

This gravel is the real deal, much better than the cheap aquarium substrate I've bought before. As you see, I use it as a succulent/cacti soil topper, but I imagine it has various uses in different hobbies.

Product seems fine and looks like what was ordered, delivery time superb by Fedex (next day, here). Pity the box contained 70% (by volume) non-recyclable polystrene "worms". I would suggest use of recyclable scrunched up paper (even newspaper) in future plus a smaller containing box!

The stones are OK, but in order to open the plastic jar I had to break the lid - it was impossible to open

I gave a couple if my huge peace lillies away after discovering gnats not realising how easy it is to get rid of them. Found this product and have used it on the top of the soil I won't know for awhile if it's helped however be aware that the spray sprays further than you think so cover your units well or use it outside. Easy to use and looks neat.
