I'm recovering from broken femur and need a little support after full leg brace came off. This brace does help but must make sure it's not to tight when wearing. It works great and gives me support.

This fit great and it's so much easier than wrapping my leg. I had pulled the groin area of my right thigh a number of years ago, wrapped it, kept running through it (I didn't realize how bad that was at the time) and after a few weeks could barely walk. It was years before I could even use an eliptical. A few weeks ago I started to get groin and hip flexor pain while I was jogging downhill. I took a few days off, ordered this, and wore it the next time I went out (a mix of walking and jogging very short strides). The amount of relief this provided was amazing! Without it I couldn't jog more than a few steps, with it on (as well as shorter distance, smaller hills and much slower pace) I was able to keep about 75% of my normal mileage. I'm on my feet all day at work so I wore it under my clothes and it was perfect. I stopped before I did real damage, but I've no doubt that without this brace it would've become an issue. I have a bigger butt, so I do get the inevitable butt lift (not as attractive as it sounds!) Worn under baggier pants or over clothes it isn't as noticeable. My only issue is that sometimes the top leg strap starts bunching up, but nothing that's worth knocking off a star.

I’ve been using the Hip Brace Thigh Compression Sleeve for a few weeks now, and I’m impressed with the comfort and pain relief it provides. The design is easy to wear, and the adjustable straps ensure a secure fit, allowing me to move around without discomfort. It has been particularly helpful in alleviating sciatica pain, offering much-needed support during daily activities. While it doesn’t completely eliminate the pain, it definitely reduces the intensity and makes it more manageable. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it can feel a bit bulky under clothing, but overall, it’s been a solid addition to my pain relief routine.

Like the Velcro straps .works fine.just wish had some hard plastic for the lower back

I got this because my hip and sacroiliac joint pain was biased on one side. My right hip/glute drooped more so I got the right leg version.The brace is adjustable with a wide and secure velcro part on one end, while the other strap has a smaller velcro square. This means you can wrap it tight to one velcro, get it tight on the other, then redo the previous one to be tighter if need be. It also is possible to take a right side version and put it to your left (would have to do the straps behind your back) but could be helpful to support certain areas. It is not meant for that, I just find that the design is useful to get it where you need to if you take the time.I find that I rotate it more towards my injured side so the the back top of the leg portion goes diagonal up past my sacroiliac joint/tailbone to add support. I also put the lag portion a little higher up as to add a sort of springy loose portion at the back hip to aid in supporting that area so it presses rather than pulls when leaning back.You'll have to mess with it a little bit and it is *not* a tight brace. It is meant as a supplement with stronger braces, for minor tightening, or one to use when sleeping/exercising as it is thinner than most of the other, stronger belts.I put this over my undergarments, then put an additional sacroiliac belt over it that does more rotating in the direction I need. The additional belt is bulkier, but allows me to set secondary straps to pull one direction more along with elastic straps to place to support it. Then I can wear pants over it all. It's a little bulkier but not too bad.Definitely a good product, just might not have longevity. I would try it and maybe buy a second if it helps as it may just get worn out after a bit. I am going to get a second one just for that reason as I can already see it getting some elasticity fatigue/overstretching. That's to be expected though and the price is ok due to that.

This hip brace is a lifesaver. My longstanding hip pain from a torn labrum is mostly gone. It takes a little getting used to the fit, but it really supports the hip and makes walking more comfortable. So glad I found some relief.

I purchased this Armstong America Hip Brace Thigh Compression Sleeve | Hip Sciatica Pain Relief Device Brace | Hamstring & Groin Compression Sleeve Wrap for Sciatic Nerve Relief | Hip Support Brace ... specifically for the hip support. After about 3 weeks of wear, it is definitely NOT supportive of the hip area. It also provided no pain or stiffness relief. The only benefit that it provided was to keep my SI belt positioned perfectly when worn over this brace. I have been using a SI belt for hip support which works much better than this brace. Wearing the brace with my SI belt was the only way I could get any support at all from the product.The brace was well made and stayed in place. It might work for someone else who does not need it specifically for the hip.I do not feel this brace works as described and have returned it.

Good product for hamstring injuries .
