What I dislike about the product is that he broke his remote control with the cord and I need another one and you all do not sell them separately so now he can't play with his remote controls anymore

I ordered this tablet in December 2022. It was working just fine. I actually really like this product, since it’s kid friendly. I recently charged it and the cord melted, along with the plug portion of the tablet. Really disappointing that it’s no longer functioning.

Kids Tablet is great but the controllers were broken.

Good deal for the price but the controller need improvement my daughter had hers for about a week and they broke thank goodness there is a build in one.

I got this tablet as a birthday gift it was the perfect could be used for anything then a month later the tablet froze and have been frozen ever since

This was for a young child and seemed to worked for what he wanted to do

My 4 year old son loves it…. I have been trying hard to find something to keep him out of his phone so much!! & purchasing this 10 inch tablet was the best he is on his tablet a lot more now than his phone.

It would not connect to the Internet. Therefore the reasoning for getting it was so that he could be played with online with ABC mouse, but because it doesn’t it ruined the baby‘s birthday and that was his gift and now he hast to wait for the return for us to find him a tablet, so therefore, this is a waste of our money, and the waste of our time. Now we had to pay for a shipping label, and we have to figure something else out to get to get him for his birthday and give this to him later, therefore I think that something should be compensated on the account because it was a total waste of our time, total waste of our money, and very hard to fix the problem with his birthday
