Makes bruises disappear quicker than usual, absorbs easily, not greasy

I have really bad muscles – poorly joints and nerve damage, especially around my shoulder, so I’m keen to try anything that could help with inflammation.I wasn’t expecting this cream to be as heavy in texture as it is – the consistency is unusual compared to other similar products – so it does take a little longer to rub into my skin.I’m not particularly keen on the scent – it’s very light but smells slightly of hemp, it’s not a smell I’m keen on but it disappears quite quickly.I had no negative reactions to my skin when using this, but I’ve only been rubbing it into my shoulder before bed. I was quite surprised that it does seem to slightly reduce the aching in my joint for an hour or so before bed, helping me to get to sleep.Not greasy or sticky.

But could be bigger & inside the foam should last a lot longer

Arnica is well know for aiding with healing precisely why I got this. It definitely helps and I would rather use this than a chemical based alternative. Lasts a decent time so good value and the ingredients seem good quality. Recommend.

Update: further to my comments before, recently my elderly father hit his foot on the wall, to the point that his toe & 2nd toe were blue & purple & swollen, both toenails black & he was limping & in pain. Although I cannot vouch it was all this cream as he used a bit of iburofen in the morning, but he had a bit of pain in the evening & he applied this & he felt a lot of soothing & healing benefits from it. It is pain relieving & healing & this will be on my forst aid kit & recommended to friends & family.----------‐I applied this for my friend who has muscle pain from sports & covered it for better absorption (only on 1 arm to test the difference). He said the pain was gone very soon after. It is really effective & he definitely was impressed with the results.The cream also has a lovely soothing texture & consistency.What I prefer over ibuprofen gel or painkillers is that this not only helps with pain management, but also heals. Had a nasty bruise on my elbow area and not sure if it was the gate I walked into or a wall during a night time visit downstairs. Should have put the lights on.Trying this on the site of the sore bruised area a great idea. Have used arnica after having bruises or knocks and know that seems to speedy up any healing on me.So this item was a just go to use one right away. After finding it in medicine cupboard where I’d put it.It sunk into the skin nicely and non greasy residue left so could put a long sleeved top on after applying it. No medicinal aroma to it so in fact no one would know I had it on. Always a good one for me as hate the smell of something too pungent and then think others must be able to smell it too. With this no worries. Best of all it did help the healing process loads quicker than not using it. Certainly a handy bathroom medical cabinet item for any age for bumps and knocks.

This little 50g pump bottle also contains comfrey which helps new skin cells to grow.It’s a white cream that has a reasonably light but pleasant fragrance. It’s quite easy to rub into the skin and it doesn’t leave a greasy residue.It lasts for 12 months once opened, so I think it’s worth the price of £9.86 (at the time of review) for a year’s worth of aches, paints, bruises and bites treatment.
