When I was in the gym every day, I had gone to a supplement shop and asked for something that would help with cutting but didn't have any kind of upper, so pre-workout was out of the question. After being stumped by the "no upper" part, the sales person finally handed me their brand of Tonalin CLA, which was 1000mg for $40. Skeptical, I tried it, and was really happy about not feeling anything at all... no head rush, no tingles, no accelerated heart rate. And I was elated that I started seeing results in days.Fast forward to a month ago, I've been out of the gym for a year and started gaining some fat (25 pounds... so not cool!). So I came onto Amazon to read the reviews for Tonalin CLA and saw that quite a few people were losing weight without changing anything in their lives besides adding this supplement. So I purchased this, figuring 1500mg would do a lot more than 1000mg did. I didn't see results immediately, I didn't drop twenty pounds in two weeks like some people did. But about a week ago (that would put me at roughly three weeks of taking one pill per day), I finally saw that my stomach had started flattening out again. And it keeps flattening out. I don't have a scale at home so I'm not sure how much actual weight I've lost, but my clothes are starting to fit how they were when I left the gym a year ago.To add.... I don't have a desk job. I'm a general contractor working in a house that doesn't have air conditioning with interior temps ranging from 85-95 degrees. So I'm sweating... a lot... for at least 8 hours per day, while doing manual labor. I drink a lot more water on Tonalin than I do without, which probably has something to do with the weight loss. I can't say if this would work if I sat at a desk every day and didn't go to the gym, but I would recommend that anyone who is looking to lose weight, whether their body is active or not, to at least try this supplement for a couple of months to see if it works for them.

So I purchased these about 2 months ago. The first bottle, seemingly did nothing for me. I was only taking 1 capsule, before each meal.. so 3 pills total a day. I noticed appetite suppression but nothing to brag about. I was gonna request a full money-back refund. Instead, I ordered a 2nd bottle. By the the 2nd bottle, I noticed more appetite suppression . I literally forced myself to eat meals because I know that not eating at all is not healthy. So, instead of eating unhealthy meals I replaced with healthier meals and snacks. I cut out all soda and had no appetite for many things like candy, sweets,cookies. Just when I did eat, i tried to eat healthier, instead. With the second bottle, I decided to take 2 capsules 1-2 times a day before meals. By this time, I noticed that I am having lots of bowel activity probably 3x's a week. I am visibly seeing weight loss now. I was a size 18/20W jeans when starting. Now It is time to go shopping because I can barely keep my pants up. I guestimate I am about a 16W/18W now. My goal is a comfortable 13/14.I love the capsules! I am so glad I didn't give up so fast:-)

The product came very quickly and was just as described. The capsules are easy to swallow and the packaging appears well-designed and high-quality. The reason I did not give a full 5 stars is the aftertaste of the capsules—there is a slight aftertaste that lasts a little while after swallowing, especially if they aren’t taken with a meal. The taste isn’t bad, though, and it doesn’t prevent me from taking them. I haven’t noticed any effects of the product yet, but I have not been taking it for very long.(This review was written after a complimentary receipt of the product, but the opinions are 100% honest and my own.)

Before I start, I WAS NOT PAID TO WRITE THIS REVIEW, NOR WAS I GIVEN A FREE BOTTLE, NOR DO I WORK FOR THE BRAND!I took the NatureWise 1250 CLA about a year ago and though it caused me to lose and maintain 4lbs in 5 days, it caused really bad GI issues aka me coming out if both ends so I had to stop. I lost hope and thought that I was somehow allergic to CLA. I then, since I was seeing no results after going to the gym and eating right, stopped my weight loss routine.I started a new weight loss regimen a few months ago and have lost 20lbs since then... but I'm still 20lbs from my goal. I was going great, but the past few weeks were filled with stress and I fell off the wagon, luckily only gaining 1 pound in that time period. That's when I started to think of ways to makeup for the lost time, lose weight faster and reach my goal weight the same time than if I was compliant with my diet for those last 3 weeks... and I didn't feel like chopping off my leg to reach that weight either. Then I remembered the CLA supplement that i took before, that caused me to lose 4lbs in a 5 days but made me have crazy GI issues. I said hey, let me give it another go, maybe that was a fluke, I have an extra 20 bucks lying around... let me not get that same crappy brand and get another brand instead. I then bought these since it didn't seem like 3 out of 4 people were paid/given a free bottle to review them like the Nature Lies reviews were. The reviews here seemed genuine.Guys, let me tell you. Today is Wednesday, November 21st. I received these on Saturday, November 17th (started taking them on the 18th) and have only taken between 1 to 2 a day since then. I stepped on the scale this morning and my jaw nearly dropped to the ground. I lost 3lbs in basically 3 days. I have had absolutely no GI issues so far except these make me poop. Other than that, I am 100% a believer.I'll give an update when it's time to buy a new bottle or if I start coming out of both ends... whichever comes first. Until then, if you have an extra 20 bucks, I really suggest you get these things. They are miracle pills and although it won't work for everyone like some reviewers have said, it has worked tremendously for me so far.

I tried this for 3 weeks and it seemed to be curbing my appetite. I didn't have many cravings; so great in that respect. The problem is I am on meds for acid reflux and even with the meds, I was getting breakthrough acid reflux that was horrible! Unfortunately, I can no longer suffer through taking it.
