Was more then happy with these bands, so much so my son also got some. Everything is included that you need, a fair price and good quality.

Really love these. Fun to use, only problem is the 20lb snapped just after a month of use!?!

After using one band for a short period, it snapped which is just ridiculous for something that is meant to be stretched.

For the price, we found these great quality, good instructions and helpful for strengthening your body.

These seem like a very sturdy set of resistance bands in nice rainbow effect colours - initially I thought they felt a little too small and too strong but once you try them out it's clear they are sized appropriately although there's no indication of the strength in kg either - you just need to work out which is which since they are all the same width! The pack comes with a mesh bag and some suggested routines - again some looked as if using the bands as they showed might be impossible but once you get the hang of positioning it's not an issue - they are also very slightly grippy as there are two non-slip seams along the inner side so they don't just slide off as you stretch them. There is a slight plastic whiff when unboxed but that soon dissipated. At £14 for the 3 they seem decent value as the shouldn't fall apart after being used for a while.

These are fantastic quality.I have thighs that could strangle bear and I worry they wouldn’t be strong enough to give me resistance but they absolutely do!I’ve tried all different bands and I found these have all different resistances although I’m not sure they are meant to buy it’s a great glitch if it’s an accident.I’m working my way up to the most resistant one and the difference in my muscle tone after a few days is noticeable.I do 3 sets of 50 every night (lying on side scissor kicks) 3 sets of 50 (lying down alternate leg lifts)This leaves me BURNING! Light my thighs are on FIRE!!!!The chubby mummy is loving these bands and I’ll upload a before and after from week 1 to week 8 once I’ve completed.

Usually they're either weak, mass produced so quality control doesn't seem like it's at its best or just the same product under another store name on Amazon.Not sure why but I got a different feeling from these when I saw them. Stitching and fabric for resistance bands? I wasn't sure how much they would be durable.So when I pulled the first one out to check the quality. I was delightedly uplifted in my low expectations.The material is thick and feels premium. Feels strong, durable and well... I was surprised by this result. I have some concerns when it comes to the stitching holding though as some little bits don't seem tight or seem to be inconsistent on the inside of the band in places. BUT the way it's done seems to be thought out enough to at least be durable for a while. Either way, the resistance bands will wear over time with use anyway but at least if you snap one of these, it's not going to feel like a sharp slap to the chops like it would with other materials. You'll still feel it if it hits you, but it will feel different enough. I think I'd choose fabric over a rubber material to be honest..This isn't really a concern though, although I do have to bring up my observations and this may not be the usual across products.They just feel... good.It comes with a manual book with 7 different exercises to get you started is English, German, French, Italian and Spanish. At least I think.. I don't speak these languages but see enough words in my day to day existence to be able to put them together. I would assume this would be the case to cover most of Europe too so these languages make sense.There's no fancy box, just a plain old cardboard sturdy box and black in that it comes in. Within that is a mesh fabric bag (also feels really nice quality) 3 plastic bags with the freezer style closing method (forgot the name, it's zip lock without the zip!) with the products inside.1 bag would have done here but considering it looks like the manufacturing costs are being put in the correct places but the prices are all over when comparing between others. I cannot comment on other products/brands quality though compared to this but this product feels very good quality.Not sure if the price matches the quality but they honestly feel good quality to me and could last a good while. I will update if anything changes here.

I have to use all the bands to get any resistance at all regardless of the body part I am training.
