No instructions provided and the wires were not connected as other similar products are. No velcro/ rubber strips provided for mounting as other similar products provide.

The reason I do a review on this item because not only quality of it products work well. It very easy to install. All the wiring settings up is ways simpler than it looks.

Great product. Fits & Works like the original fireplace fan. Has thermostat switch or bypass for manual operation.

Easy installation, blows plenty of volume
What a great kit, an incredible value for the money! Our Heatilator never came with a blower so this was a total upgrade and it definitely moves a good amount of heat much farther into our living room. I had to orient the main assembly just so to get it past the rather narrow front opening but no modifications were required. I installed the fan speed knob in the front screen (not required, you can just set it once and leave it behind the screen) but it almost looks original. Two negatives: no instructions in the kit (available online) and no vibration pads like in other kits. I just used some double sided foam tape I had on a roll, worked fine. Noise level isn’t bad, more noticeable at full speed but very acceptable at 75%.
