Comfortable and cold but not enough thick.
I am using this as a second pillow it is good quality and isn’t getting hot, which I like, but it’s too thin for me, looks like about 5/6 inches but when putting a little pressure it gets to only 1 inch.

Believe the bad reviews
I bought medium soft queen pillow 5.9" height. It didn't expand to full height and is uneven. One end puffed up to about 4.5" the rest of the pillow is very flat, maybe 3" tall. As far as firmness, it is VERY soft and squishy with no support. It bottoms out, even if the loft was actually 5.9", it still wouldn't work for a side sleeper. I'm familiar with latex and I do believe this is talalay, but that's the only good thing I can say about it.

Pillow will not puff up like the first one I bought
I ordered one of these and it was great. Ordered another one for my husband and the end that was rolled the tightest will not expand like it should.
