I was concerned before trying as a 21 stone male it looked too thin. Been using it for 3 weeks now, no issues at all with it holding my weight and giving me a comfortable sleep.

Took a week after unfurling the mattress until it was fully ready but now it is exceptionally comfortable. A good soft top layer for comfort with obvious support underneath. Getting great sleep every night.

Excellent mattress, it is described as medium-firm. Personally, I find it more balanced towards the firm side, and this is what I hoped it would be. Very comfortable to sleep on, it does take the contour of your body. Quality built is top notch. Has a cover with a zipper that can be removed and washed when needed. Tried it now for 2 nights and my sleep is much better, it dissipates the body heat efficiently, I don’t feel hot during night any more. It is very heavy ( delivered by 2 men ) and I really struggled to get it upstairs on my own and to unpack it / set it on the bed by myself. I guess it weighs around 40-50kg, which in itself tells the quality and density of the materials used. It comes back quickly to a normal/ flat shaped surface after I wake up ( and I weigh about 100kg). My wife still has every now and again the hot flushes of menopause and she mentioned that she didn’t feel so hot and sweaty with the new mattress. After struggle to carry it upstairs and install it, I left for about 5-6 hours to expand ( comes vacuum rolled) and it did so nicely.For the price ( paid £700 as was on offer with £500 voucher) you cannot find a better mattress anywhere on the market.I ordered it via Amazon, but the seller offered choice of delivery on a specified day ( which was 10-14 days after ordering )- I was skeptic that would happen, but the day before delivery I was informed about it being dispatched and on the day of delivery about being delivered. Very well packaged, vacuum rolled in plastic bag with an extra solid cover purposefully made.If you also consider the long trial period, you cannot fault this seller.I cannot recommend highly enough the seller/ company and the quality of the mattress. 5 stars 🌟 without any concerns.

So far so good we’ve had our mattress for a week now and it’s so so comfy it really is the perfect combo not to soft but not to hard. I’m sleeping so much better and actually waking up in the Same position I went to sleep in and that never happens I’ve noticed a lot less pain in my back and shoulders. I would highly recommend this mattress

Best nights sleep I’ve had in years, since being a mum nearly 3 years ago, I’ve not had a good nights sleep! Put it down to parenthood but actually since having this new mattress I’ve slept like a baby! It was heavy to get upstairs but wouldn’t change it for the world. I’m already thinking about getting one for my grandad he NEEDS this! EVERYONE DOES! It’s the UK’s first & only SmartGRID mattress

Mattress too hard , causes body sweats and is proving a nightmare to return . A whole lot of hassle .Do not buy !

If you are considering replacing your current mattress or purchasing a new one, I highly recommend this product. I personally purchased the 10-inch SmartGrid mattress and have been extremely impressed with its comfort. It is well worth the investment.

It is a very comfortable mattress for those who like soft mattresses. Not too springy but a good soft one. Those who sleep sideways will appreciate it a lot more. Overall a great experience. The packaging and delivery was also great.
