This shower door is beautiful and great quality. My contractor commented on how well made it is and the thickness of the glass. We had a small issue with delivery (Not the fault of the seller) and they were great with communication and getting it rectified.My contractor will be installing this week and I will try to post pics and add comment regarding installation.I would definitely purchase this shower door again.

The quality was superb. Very heavy weight bar and glass. I did have a stripped screw insert which customer service took care of within the day. I would highly recommend this product or company.

First off, I AM a qualified fabricator/ contractor; I say this to head off any excuses from the vendor. I bought two of these doors at once and installed the first a couple months ago. I noticed that the "instructions" were almost useless. Steps out of order, missing steps, bad translation "word salad" issues. I suggest that the manufacturer hire someone who speaks the language of whatever country their product is sold in. I have installed dozens of shower doors over the years... GOOD LUCK IF YOU ARE NOT A PRO.The packaging is distinctly substandard, with cheap styrofoam; half of which had turned into confetti during shipment. I then went to install the second of the two doors this week. I always double check every bit of material prior to to installing, and I'm glad I did since THE MAIN STAINLESS STEEL SUPPORT PIPE WAS TWO INCHES SHORT! The installation requires cutting this pipe to match the actual width of the bath enclosure. Had I cut it (as the "intructions" require) the support would have been far too short to work at all. As it was, it was still shorter than optimal, but could have worked. I should point out, the first door had the proper length pipe. This was an appalling screw up in manufacture. Also, there were no corner protecters on the glass!! This is Tempered glass, which is basically a big land mine waiting to get chipped and explode. I rigged up some protecters and went to do the first steps, finished measuring and marking out, and upon moving the glass back to the large rubber door mat I was using as a cushion I noticed a 6 inch chip on one corner. Which makes the whole thing unusable, since it is just a matter of time before it explodes. Unbelievable. Since it is well past the time allowed for returns, I'll just throw it in the garbage and write it off as an ugly lesson. But I hope I can save someone else from this nightmare, substandard product.

Make sure you have negative fall when you set them up doesn’t make it clear in the direction but need to have negative fall to keep the door shut. Rolls very smooth and the glass is thick. It’s a 2 man job to get the hardware in and set the glass but looks good and is very smooth rolling.

Great quality, BUT if your walls are tub are not perfectly level it WILL NOT WORK. directions are a joke (i am a licensed contractor) you have to put it all together and then lift it into place (very heavy) just to het the measurements to hange the cross bar.

Very high quality shower door. Better than those at the home stores and way better price. Very heavy and solid, wheels roll evenly and smooth. Easy to install and was very well shipped and packaged. Highly recommend.

I have ordered a second one for my shower on the other bathroom remodel project. Looks sturdy and door slides nicely.I would like the company to provide me the replacement for the splash threshold plastic pieces. i called and I hope they can help
