Initially I thought they came in as small as the picture 😆 Turns out I'm an idiot a d they were folded up before they were shipped. I'm using these to hang from the ceiling for a Halloween party. They're going to work perfectly and they are the best price I've found!

These hats are a good deal for the price. They are a nice touch for our outdoor halloween decor. They are a stiffer material which seems like it will make for easy cleaning if needed. The small downside is that they do come pretty wrinkled and it is a little tough to get them out.
