Definitely blacks out the sunlight but didn’t help as much with the heat as I was hoping my sons room was constantly being blasted my the harsh sun and made his room so hot these helped with that a little but not much

Exactly what my RV needed. No light leak. Definitely blocks the sun light in our living room. Was hard to watch tv due to sunlight but not anymore.

I bought these for a trip where I knew I would have to get to bed early since I would be working 3 days a week from my regular time zone which was 6 hr ahead of where I went. The bedroom had 3 big windows on one side and 2 on the other. I put these up on 2 of the 3 windows that the sun hit during the late afternoon. Not only did these darken the room well, they also help to keep the heat out. Easy to cut to the size needed. They are thick and durable. I was there a month and didn't have any issue with them falling. I cleaned the window well and used alcohol pads to wipe any access moisture off the window before securing. They will probably still be up when I go back in Nov. I plan to use these in my bedroom at home to keep the heat out.

I’ll be the first to admit that I did not clean the window of the condo we were staying in prior to applying the adhesive. Two of the twelve adhesives that I applied came off after about 3 days. It was difficult to cut the large piece of tarp, esp with no lines or grid so it looked like a 4 year old hung these up. I ended up applying painters tape to some edges and that held up but I could have just bought black garbage bags and painters tape and probably saved a little money.

Not pretty but very efficient at blocking the sun. Easy to attach to the window. Worth the cost to darken the room. Would recommend.
