These are mainly just like any other children's multivitamin gummy on the market, except better because they are shaped like championship wrestling belts. I talked my 5-year-old into eating them by asking if she wanted to grow up big and strong and be a champion. I also ate some and told her I take them so I can be a champion and she couldn't be a champion unless she took her vitamins too. Worked every time!

My boys LOVE these vitamins. I was a little skeptical at first because they are vegan and didn't know how they would taste. But they love them even more than the brand I used to buy.
