I started using this product when I turned 20 weeks pregnant. I have been suffering with lower back pain from very early on in my pregnancy. I have a small bump and didn’t think this product would really help initially because I didn’t feel there was much bump or weight to be lifted however it has been a great purchase. The belt is easy to put on and can be done very quickly. It is supportive and easily adjustable. It definitely has helped decrease my back pain, especially when out walking or doing errands such as food shopping. Great product.

I felt in my third pregnancy that my tummy was weaker which made walking long distances hard work.I went on a trip around London for a few days with the children and I struggled.However o ordered this and then the next trip we went on I used and it was amazing. I felt supported but not restricted.Great value for money

Currently in my 36 week of pregnancy, and this belt is really helpful/ supportive! I used the other belt by this company (the 3 in one) and can honestly say the quality of this feels much better. However I find it a bit small, im a uk 14 pre pregnancy and it just fits so if you are over a 14 I’d say get the larger size

If you have nausea don’t buy this as it isn’t very comfortable and makes things worse. However it gives a little bit of support on bottom of bump
