Metagenics is one of the few supplement/vitamin brands that my physician recommends. Since not regulated by the FDA, it’s important to trust your preferred brand so you know that you are getting the nutrients (and only the nutrients) listed on the label in the quantity on the label.I have taken 1-2 of these everyday for 6 months because I travel a lot and airplanes/airports are cesspools of germs. I used to get sick 1x a month and I honestly haven’t been sick since I have added this to my morning routine. Pills are pretty small (if you can handle a Tylenol, you’ll be able to handle these).

I definitely notice the the difference when I use this on a regular basis. I don't get nearly as many colds or flu symptoms. If I notice I am coming down with something, I take two, and it is gone almost immediately. Much better that drugstore vitamin C supplements. Worth the extra money, especially in the winter.
