I recently purchased this neck pillow, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience it provided during my flight. It was exceptionally comfortable and made my journey so much more relaxed and enjoyable. If you need a true neck brace this is it. It is super stiff. I didn't find it comfortable, but this is my opinion only. It was delivered as promised and packing was fine.

The only other travel pillow I've ever used was a giant "U" filled with bean-like material, and I like this better. It is comfortable but huge. I liked that it came with a travel bag so that it doesn't take up so much room, but one of the 2 we purchased had the bag rip at the seams the second time we stuffed it in there; hence, the one-star decrease. I used it on a 12-hour bus ride and although the ride was pretty miserable, this did help me rest a bit. I will definitely be taking it on my next airplane trip. I just wish the bag was a bit sturdier, but I'm sure I can find something lying around my house that will work to stuff it in. Once it's in the bag, you can just clip it to the outside of a carry-on/backpack so that it doesn't take up precious room in your luggage, and the bag keeps the pillow itself from getting dirty.

I used it and so did my 10yo son… although he did inherit his massive head from me/my husband, so I guess it might not necessarily be as good for a child but in any event, we both found it super comfy and useful. I especially like the shape and how it rises in the back for extra support. I wondered if the more expensive version would be necessary but this one is awesome. ****PS Don’t toss the little drawstring bag that comes with it (or lose it on the plane). You’ll want it for storage and also compressing the size in the future. It’s awkward to carry it around in luggage/backpack unless you squish it up back into the bag.****

Initailly the product was great. Felt comfy and had a removable pillow case to wash. The clip worked. After 2 months of use, I noticed the clip getting weak. The pillow would constantly falling of. I brought this type because I wanted to clip it to the outaide of my bag. But it is now gone. And I will have to replace it because I pit too much trust in the clip. Tl:Dr The clip is bad and will cost you the loss of the product in total. I do not recommed if you plan to clip this to your bag. Otherwise a really comfy pillow.

Bought this for my grandson for our upcoming trip. It’s comfy and you can move it different areas to help with airplane comfort.

This headrest pillow is stiff and works perfectly to provide the support I need. I believe the pillow will become less stiff with every day use. The blue color is very pretty and the travel bag is a plus!

I am disappointed, this neck pillow does not seem to fit me. I have tried using it a few times and cannot get comfortable enough for it to allow me to rest. It has a nice cover and seems well made. It just doesn’t work for me and

Used for couple 9 hour long flights as well as several shorter ones. I find it a bit too tough and uncomfortable. So much so that I gave up on using it on the last stretch of the trip. I also found it was making my neck and head incredibly hot.Packs up nice; inflates without issues but not comfortable.
