Plenty of charging power, a strong magnetic connection, and it has quite a long lead (2m I think and braided for additional strength too). Much cheaper than the official version and just as effective, with the sole exception that it won't fit any stand that is specifically designed for the Apple MagSafe charger - it's just a few millimetres larger. Other than that it works brilliantly.

This charger has a strong magnet and holds the phone really securely. The main issue I ran in to was with a USB C wall plug (Ugreen PD fast charger) that caused the magsafe charger to make a buzzing sound that would pulse for a second, stop for a fraction of a second and then buzz again. It's not a loud sound, and only happens when it has nothing charging on it, but it's really frustrating once you hear it.I solved the issue by switching to an old apple USB A charger (5v 1a). This obviously slows the charging down a little, but as I charge my phone overnight it is not an issue for me and it no longer makes a buzzing noise.I have noticed that any wireless charging causes my phone to get quite warm, however I do need to run an overnight charge on the lower power wall plug I am now using to check if that issue is also resolved simply by using lower wattage.

I used this to charge my iPhone 13. It was at 32% when I attached the mag halo charger. 40 minutes later it was at 37%. I bought it because it was supposed to be a 'fast charger'. Maybe I got a random 'dodgy one'. Sending it back

18 months in and this thing is still as good as new.The magnet is strong and charging is fast (depending on the source supply - make sure it's a good one).I would highly recommend it.

The pictures and word instructions are very cute. Little pictures and simple help to guide you on how to use the product. It’s much easier than reading pages of words. Also having the instructions on small credit card sized pieces of thin card which card be placed with your credit cards or purse/wallet are a brilliant idea.
