Buy this, not the commercially priced ones.
I recently bought a used storefront door without a key. I was only looking for the key cylinder, but those cost as much, if not more than this entire set. Actually, I wanted a key cylinder and a thumb turn cylinder, but those were tricky to find. So I turned to Amazon and found this. You get the complete set, mortise mechanism, and both cylinders, including the thumb turn. There is no discernable difference between this item and the set that I took out of the door. Quality is the same, size is exact, even the holes and the way it was put together was an exact match. Installed, it works perfectly.Update: Nearly 6 months later and this lock still works beautifully. No complaints at all.

Worked well, but a bit tricky with the guide rod
The product bolted right up to our shop door with no issues. The only problem was getting the guide rod in place, which tells you whether the door is locked or open—it was a bit tricky. Once that was sorted, everything worked great.

Works great!
It's a direct replacement. Easy install, as I had already removed the last one. The last one wasn't repairable as a metal pin that operates the deadbolt from the inside was broken. I put this one in and ground down the opening for the deadbolt so they wouldn't have to turn so hard to set the deadbolt. If the deadbolt scrapes against the hole, eventually the pins could break off by forcing it closed each time. That's what I believe caused the first one to fail.

Fit, works.
Older store front door, had to do a little modification to the door to make this work, but the lock itself was just what I needed and works well after installation.

Lots of missing parts
Missing most of the parts. Luckily, I was able to use parts from the lock I was replacing.
