I bought two handbooks, and as usual, I scratched the code area to get my e-Book copy, followed the instruction written in the book, but it didn't work. I thought I would do it using Bookshelf like I did with the last Wolters Kluwer book I bought, unfortunately, I got a message that the code is either used or invalid.Honestly, this is a big disappointment for me. It's true I bought the paperback, but I got fooled by the fact that I expected the code to work. I didn't expect this from you.I can't return it because I am past the return date (it arrived late because it was forwarded to me to outside the USA), and because the code is scratched and I will not pay the freight all the way back to the States again.When I tried to have the problem solved, I was instructed to buy the Kindle version!! And they would consider refund of the book!!! Who can guarantee this?!! Why not the other way around? And who said I wanna buy a Kindle reader to start with?! I am used to the format of e-books from inkling or bookshelf, but never really purchased anything on Kindle!!! Talk about making life harder for the customer.
