I'm a HUGE believer in the Driveline arm care system, for both youth players and HS aged players. As a select coach for multiple teams in the Dallas area, having access to the Driveline program and equipment for players not located in Kent, Washington is a huge victory. I encourage anyone looking for weighted balls to get educated about the driveline program and make an investment in any of their equipment for your player.

Have seen a little more velocity since starting the traning regimen with my 9 yr old. We dont use all weights., just the three lightest. If anything it will help with getting your lower half into the throw.
