Kworld Over-ear Headphones, Lightweight Noise Isolating Headphones with Microphone, Volume Control

My son received these as a birthday gift. They were comfortable and worked well for his needs at this time. The problem is that cord that attaches to the headphones broke within 3 months. I emailed the company for which they responded immediately with an apology and request for the order number. I have sent this twice and send additional emails requesting a response. They are no longer responding to my emails. The headphones were OK but I will not purchase from this company again.

I bought two pair of these to use for gaming applications. The mic does not work on my PC nor my friend's PC, both using Windows 10. Pointless as gaming headphones.

Only issue that I've encountered with these headphones is that, as the description says, the microphone is omnidirectional and VERY sensitive. The mic begins in the beginning of the black strip and extends to the end of the mic portion, which causes great amounts of echoing on Xbox One. Since Xbox has not created a mic sensitivity option, it would be recommended to use a regular directional microphone.With that out of the way, I have tested these headphones on Android, iOS, and Windows and have had 0 issues whatsoever. Sensitivity is able to be adjusted as necessary and sound quality is phenomenal.

It does NOT work on windows 10 but it works fine on xbox one and phone( iphone 7)

Bought this headset literally just over a month ago and the mic and one of the ear drums is already not working. Literal piece of garbage. DO NOT BUY!!!

I got these headphones that did not easily download and use with my computer. I had to to do a LOT of work to figure out the perfect settings to work with Windows 10. Once I figured that out, turns out the left side headphone doesn't work. Not happy and not worth the trouble. Returning these
