Came in a few days ago and the install was simple and the lighting now is so worth it

**PLEASE VIEW ALL MY PHOTOS AS THEY ARE PART OF MY DESCRIPTION.**These Volkswagen Fog Lights are Very Well-Made & look to be made from High Quality Materials. They are SUPER SLEEK, Very Clean & Well assembled. The quality control of this company is great because there wasnt a single issue with anything!They are as OEM as it gets! Literally just plug & play.I have nothing bad to say about these light housings, lenses, or brackets.They company EVEN SUPPLIED BRAND NEW Fog Light Bulbs in the unit as well! So it includes (2) Brand New Light Bulbs when you purchase this product! Which is a PLUS because Automotive Lightbulbs can become very pricey, very quick!As far as them being durable & holding up in the everyday driving & my North Eastern (Maryland, USA) Climate.Only time will tell!**(I will be returning in 1-Years Time to update my review on these Volkswagen Fog Lights. We will then determine thier durability at that time.)**As of right now, I would definitely recommend them!

It took me a while to find the bumper trim pieces for mounting these. I guess I was a bit picky and wanted it to look mostly stock. They were very easy to mount, but I had to purchase a wiring harness from another manufacturer to install them properly. These would make a very good set of replacement lights if you already have fog lights in your Jetta, but if you are doing a brand new install, it might be better to buy a kit.My Jetta is dark metallic Brown, and I really like the way that these yellow tinted lenses look. And they cut through nicely and you can see their illumination pattern distinct from the pattern of the headlights. Aiming them took a few tries, but I am very happy with the install now. I tried putting bluer bulbs in them, but the resulting color was a weird green that was distracting while I drove, so I went back to the bulbs that came with the lights. They are plenty bright.

Received the fog lights in a sturdy box protected within another box. We sometimes get some heavy fog during the late night hours and early mornings and it will be nice having correct lights navigate me to my destinations. I currently had my headlights & high beams changed to the bright white lights which I just love however in a heavy fog situation they get reflected off the fog which doesn’t help to see ahead of me so this is when the fog lights will come in handy. We have not had any thick fog yet so I have not had a chance to actually see if they work but I believe they will do the job.

I didn't realize how much visibility fog lights would add, but now I feel like I can see everything on the sides of the road. When you're on back roads and trying to watch for deer these things are amazing. I wasn't sure how I was going to like the yellow lenses, but they aren't bad. I ended up swapping out the halogen bulbs that come with this kit for a set of LEDs and it's so much brighter. I have white LED headlights and they blend in when they are both on so it doesn't really bother me.The install was really easy, but I would make sure you buy a wiring harness that has a relay. It makes the install a lot easier and safer. I wish I would have installed fog lights on my car years earlier. Every car I buy from now forward is going to have them.
