Not sure how I feel about this watch just yet. I've been slightly disappointed with functions not working even though they should. I purchased and activated (it costs an extra $10 a month to use the watch as an independent phone) and memory card. Only to not be able to access my Facebook, remote picture capture and more.Also, I was under the impression this would be a new, not used, watch. Sadly, I can tell this poor thing has seen some days before it got to me. The packaging was obviously thrown together with the plastic cover that it comes with already removed and the instruction manual crumbled as if my daughter got should if it. I'm not pleased with the scratches. If I was to be sold a used watch I would have liked to be informed a head if time.

You get what you pay for, I guess. I had fun playing around with this for about a week. It's a decent and inexpensive introduction to wearable tech and looks somewhat impressive, but I hated having to push a button to see the time. The luster was lost completely when the crystal broke overnight when I was wearing it in my sleep. I always keep my watches on and that's never happened before. Not exactly Gorilla Glass. Nothing wrong with it but a crack, but I haven't worn it since and wouldn't buy another. I'm not running out to spend a grand on Apple Watch either, though.

Super cheap watch that feels like it will fall apart at any moment. You get what you pay for, but in this case it's literally just throwing your money away. Anyone that likes this has no idea what an electronic device in 2018 looks like.

I got this for my wife for Christmas... She dropped it on the floor...( Carpet) and she picked it up and it was a crack across the whole screen....I've had watches out of a gumball machine last longer than that... The band on the it is very hard to adjust yet alone put on and take off... Save your money... There are better watches out there and.... Cheaper...

If I could give zero stars I would! Cover for charging port was broken off when it arrived. Wouldn't pair with three different Android phones that we tried. I guess you get what you pay for. I just thought this would be a great starter smart watch for my teen. I was wrong. Returning my purchase.

I tried all 3 methods to download needed software, none were successful for me. However customer service with this product is great and they made my return simple and easy.

Nice little gadget. Only issue I have is the software download, required to act as Bluetooth agent, has popup ads that cannot be disabled. A bit annoying, but still a good deal
