My son - more so when he was a bit younger, he’s nearly 4 now - would always decide to use his coloring supplies to decorate the walls and furniture so I’m glad I discovered the Color Wonder products.The past two christmases I’ve gotten him sets from Amazon that have lasted a long time.The markers truly are mess free - the paint, while it doesn’t stain is heavily “gooey” and slimey in texture. It also takes a very long time to dry (so if your child paints a picture in one of the coloring books and closes the book, the pages will get stuck together).I will say though that these Amazon exclusive sets don’t come packaged well for gifting. The products come shipped individually lose in the box and - if you’re planning to purchase for a gift I would recommend buying a separate gift box to put it in.

OK- here is what I thought was important to tell you..this product is not packaged for gifting. It came with a package of color wonder markers, two coloring books and a paint pot set. All were floating freely in the box. Took another round of digging in the box to find the paintbrush that was included.Now that's out of the way, my 17 month old loves this set. A friend recommended color wonder after my little artist decided to personalize some of her furniture with crayons. So, I am very thankful that the markers and paint only work on the paper, not my furniture or walls.My toddler does not use the paint yet, as she is too little to do it, but she likes the markers and wants to use them often.

Books came in Amazon box loose, but I think it's still a giftable item like that. These are great, I give them to my son when we are traveling or such when I can't necessarily be watching him or coloring with him. The reason is, now I know he's not going to color everything else around him. They work well, wish there was a small storage container for the markers that came with but a ziplock works too.

This was a xmas gift, so I didnt check it until I went to wrap it...BIG MISTAKE ....altho it comes w paint, there was no paint brush in my set. says it comes with 10 NO MESS wonder markers..(which amazon sent as a separate order so thats probably how it got messed up) ..I got 10 crayola FABRIC MARKERS..that someone stuck a sticker on the back that says wonder markers...how is this no mess it is for a 3 year old..it will ruin his clothing. I was really excited when I saw this set on amazon, I thought it would be the perfect gift and it’s actually pretty good except for the fact that the item don’t come packaged together! Which is really annoying, it looks like I opened a package and I’m giving prtnof it away. Not happy about the presentation for a gift

Paw Patrol is always a hit with my grandson and we both loved the No Mess part!! He really liked the paints, but it took a few times explaining that he has to wait a few seconds for the color to appear. Four year olds are not very good with patience. They would be Perfect if the color showed up as soon as the pen or brush hit the paper...

Definitely life saving when it comes to your kids drawing on things they shouldn't lol. I think the only thing that kind of stinks is it has a slight delay of showing up on the paper.
