It fits my head plus mask...
I bought a clown mask that needed this final touch. The hat is large enough that it goes on over the rubber mask portion that is on my forehead and it all works together. It will fit me without the mask too. ~23" circumference head for me. It is a kind of ridged hat.... hard to explain if you haven't owned hats before. Firm but flexible.

Bowler Hat
The bowler hat was needed for a last minute event for school. It shipped FAST! And was tight on time. Better quality and price than at local party store. It came in a plastic mailer and was mashed but EASILY popped back out and took it’s original shape again with no problem.

the loose end didn’t even touch the other end thus leaving about a half of an inch in between which looks horrible. Would not recommend this product at all and ...
How do I get my money back? Hat arrived with dents in in it and the band around the base of the hat should typically wrap all the way around the hat. The band was totally detached on one end. When I wrapped it around the hat to hot glue it, the loose end didn’t even touch the other end thus leaving about a half of an inch in between which looks horrible. Would not recommend this product at all and would like my money back. Not happy with this purchase! I’m shocked the band wasn’t even long enough to fit around the entire hat as it should have... very poorly constructed!!!

Great product for the price
Great product for the price! My son needed this for a costume in a school event. He was unable to use the hat due to a costume change but another student friend in his class was able to use it. Worked out great! Was a very good product very well made for the price and definitely served its purpose perfectly!

Cheap costume hat.
Definitely a cheap costume hat, one time use plastic/thin felt hat, like the ones you buy from the Halloween stores. Will do for our occasion but had hoped it had been thicker or slightly better quality than this.

Will work for the costume.
I bought this as part of a costume for my son. While I wasn't expecting superior quality, I did kind of expect that the decorative band would actually be attached on both sides. When the hat came in, the one side of the band was dangling. It is a cute hat for the costume.
