GUM Classic Soft Toothbrush, Includes Rubber Tip Dental Pick 1ct (Pack of 12)

I like to brush my own teeth. Just something grown up about using a manual toothbrush. DIY..and Man-ly, grown-up and I like that. The latest giant style all gussied up are pretty and all, but I like this tooth brush the best of all. Does the job without banging up my mouth; cleans my teeth very well, bristles are not too hard, not too soft, man-agable. It's a lot friendlier than the huge manual brushes that are all over the outlets now, let alone the lazy man's power brushes. Not too big, Not too little, Just right.

I was surprised to find this toothbrush is made in the USA, unlike other GUM toothbrushes (505 and 525 - see pictures), which are made in China. This toothbrush has a smooth gloss handle compared to others with rubber grips, therefore difficult to grip with wet hands, a minor downside of this toothbrush. It is shorter than others so ergonomics are very different and it takes some time to get used to it. The bristle of this toothbrush feels a little stiffer than other GUM toothbrushes, despite all of them being labeled soft and compact. The brush portion is very basic with rectangular alignment and flat top - see picture for the details. The rubber tip is useful for front teeth, but not the back ones due to the bulkiness of the handle - I have a dedicated rubber tip with a thin handle (GUM stimulator) for that. This is my first impression of this toothbrush so I will update the review as I use more. Hopefully, this basic toothbrush will outperform and last longer than more fancier (expensive) ones from the same company.Note: I purchased the toothbrushes from Amazon and not from third party sellers, which may be why some buyers received wrong products. Also, the rubber tip prevents the holding hand from sliding down, a useful feature in addition to between teeth cleaning.

This toothbrush is awesome. It has a little pick on the end that is great for cleaning your gums. The bristles are soft and won't hurt your gums, but hard enough to do the job. I change toothbrushes every couple of months, and I find these to be the best for me. Comes in a variety of colors and they are very study. The size of the bristles are a little over an inch and the toothpaste fits on top without falling off. I highly recommend these brushes if you have a tender mouth and need extra cleaning.

These are a bit smaller than I’d like, but otherwise decent basic toothbrushes. I had to remove the rubber gum tip to fit one of these into my bathroom toothbrush holder.Size is ever so slightly larger than the Sound Feelings kids extra-soft toothbrush, so a bit small for daily use for most adults.I prefer the Sound Feelings soft or medium toothbrushes, but bought this pack due to the low price. I’ll mostly use these as travel toothbrushes, and keep buying the Sound Feelings brushes for daily use.

I have searched high and low for this product snd finally found it on Amazon. The rubber tip at the end of toothbrush is great because you use it to massage your gums.

These should be only for kids. They are too short for adult size hands

The bristles are way too rough on the gums. These are not soft bristles. Be aware that the toothbrush has a compact head as well.

I've been using Butler tooth brushes for 55 years. I started b4 I got braces as an adult at 24 y/o. The dentist told me I would need gum surgery when my braces came off because my teeth were so crowded and my gums were in sad shape. Butler brushes saved the day and now at 79 y/o I don't need gum surgery. And I owe it all to Butler's unique design. I have used the 409, 410 & 411 sizes but they all have the came effective design it's the size that is different, 409-smallest, 411-largest and 410 my favorite. Regular retailers do not carry them.
