I like the composition of this tonic drink, as it contains the vitamins I've been taking regularly for a long time. Each dose provides 1500 mg of vitamin C, which might be a bit too high for a single serving. This is because the absorption rate declines as the dose increases. Personally, I’d prefer taking half a sachet at a time, as the body can’t fully absorb 1500 mg of vitamin C in one go.Regarding its ability to improve sleep quality, I can’t really comment, as I fall asleep quickly and don’t usually need help in that area. However, I appreciate that the product is free from additives—this is crucial for me since I take supplements regularly and prefer them to be as clean as possible. The best-before date is April 2025, giving ample time to use it.

I know it’s meant to be healthy to promote drinks with no added sugar but with this, I did have to add a little to make it a nice drink. Once sweetened, it was a pleasure to drink and I did feel rather restful at night.

I poured a sachet into my orange juice, it dissolced into it very easily, and I drank it around 9pm, by 10:30pm I felt slightly more drowsy and relaxed than usual. However, it was an effect I could easily shake off If I moved around a bit and got my energy levels up. So it's on the more subtle side for me in terms of effectiveness.The taste is sweet and has hints of cherries, I don't like the inclusion of stevia and would have preferred xylitol for the dental benefits, especially late at night.The packaging is great, slightly off topic but I love the branding and colour theme, as well as the ease of use with the sachets and overall intuitive design. The box helpfully explains each ingredient without jargon.

not a great taste to be honest. The ingredients are good and the idea behind this product is also fair, but it think for this product to be a success, there has to be homework done on the taste side of things. I dissolved with room temperature water. It is drinkable but far from enjoyable. As for other benefits that this product can deliver, so far i have not experienced a difference in my sleep quality...

I am using this product after experiencing bronchitis and feeling unwell. I am hoping that when I have finished the product it will help me to get back to my normal health. The instructions were easy to follow and understand. The parcel arrived very quickly and put in a safe place for me to find. The price was very resonable and the ingredients should prove beneficial.

I did wonder if this would make any difference to my sleep pattern but it did. I slept for a lot longer than usual. It had a pleasant taste, I am used to drinking camomile tea but this tasted much sweeter and fruitier. I drank it just before I went to bed and went to sleep quite quickly.

They just don't work waste of money should get my money back.🤔
