Better than Anticipated! Pro Tips
If you are reading this, then your search is over! I spent over an hour scouring through the different options here for this specific backglass and it came down to a dice roll when I ordered this one. I picked phantom black and the color is absolutely spot on. Samsung logo is clear and install was easy.Tips: I used a hair dryer and the pry tools that came with it. The phone can take a lot of heat so don't be scared with the hair dryer. An industrial style heat gun could be too much.Use ductape! I placed straps of ductape over all the areas of broken glass after initial heating. This helps to contain the tiny shards and prevent injury. The suction tool intended to be used to help lift the backglass during the prying process was useless and unnecessary. Heat thoroughly and you should be able to easily slide the thin metal tool between the phone and backglass. Run it down the sides a little and use one of the guitar picks on top of the metal prytool to increase the separation. I lifted one side then inserted the remaining guitar pick to keep it open then moved to the other side before finishing off the top and bottom sides. Finally be careful when removing the camera lens protective film straps. Start from the top and work down so as not to dirty exposed lenses. One of the rubber sockets around the lens came up with the protective film. I carefully removed it from the film and lined it back up where it belongs.Look at your old backglass! I noticed 2 tiny plastic pieces that did not come with the new backglass. I believe these are spacers that may or may not make a difference but I have to believe they were put there for a reason. Using the flat head screw driver I slowly was able to work these pieces up and placed them on the new backglass before removing the glue strip covers and securing it to the phone.I did all this to avoid paying the $250 insurance deductible (which is outrageous imo) and as soon as I was finished I took the phone to the store and had them inspect it to make sure if qualified for trade in on the new s24ultra. It passed though they were slightly hesitant because of the extremely mild buff scratch marks on the sides of the phone which are practically impossible to avoid on a 2 year old phone even in an otterbox! For that reason I am opting for the titanium gray s24 in hopes that those kinds of scratches will be less noticeable.Don't ask what the rubber bands are for. I have no idea.Screw driver tools were mostly unnecessary and cheap. I broke the handle on the flat head with about 2 pounds of pressure if that.Want water seal?Get some clear silicone and apply it with a toothpick following the same trail as seen on the original backglass. Apply a thin layer to both the phone and back glass and then maybe a little more over the backglass before placing it. (Too much could cause a problem if it flattens out over components so be careful.) Once it is closed up clean off any outside seepage with a cotton ball and alcohol. Lay the phone screen face down on top of a microfiber towel and stack some weight on the back of the phone. A pound or 2 should be enough. Let it sit over night.(This may not be work for deep submerging but it is better than nothing!)

Jsut what I was looking for!
Although the repair kit was admittedly kinda useless the back glass itself was exactly what I needed and once in place you can't even tell it is a replacement. Excellent Product!

This isn't phantom white.
This looks like a kit that has everything you would need to replace the back glass and the actual piece is fine. It has Samsung written on it. However, the white is much brighter than the back of my phone (phantom white).I suppose it doesn't matter much because you put a case on it.I just got my phone and I'd like to restore it to its original glory... before it flew out of my hand and landed on the driveway. My case came the next day...a day late!
