I had already purchased an electric blanket but it just didn't keep me warm enough.So I looked for another one and came across the Westinghouse electric throw blanket.That's a well known and trusted brand so I purchased it.It is wonderful. It is so plush and soft. It really keeps me warm and my chihuahua is always under it.I definitely plan on purchasing another.I highly recommend this product to everyone.

So far, so good, but it’s summer. The blanket is thick and comfy . My last one one, a different brand, lasted a little over two years. The blanket does seem to take some time to heat up.

Every year I buy a warming blanket !!!! Finally I found the Best there is. I have used this blanket just as a blanket because of air conditioning . It’s sooo comfortable I sleep wonderful !!! Bought for my mom who freezes in the air conditioning at our house. She likes the blanket and primarily uses it on the bed before turning in.She turns it on and leaves it on top of the comforter for a while before getting into bed. It warms the bed and the sheets so she has a nice warm bed to crawl into and drift off to sleep.No complaints here!

I work with men in an office that is kept at a cool 68 degrees. This electric lap blanket helps to keep me from freezing all day so I can concentrate on my work flow versus trying to stay warm. I also have one at home that I use on my screened in porch on chilly mornings and chilly nights. Perfect size for every day used.

A must for people with chronic pain, joint trouble, neuropathy, or who just can't get warm. This is the best of a myriad of products I have tried: the blanket itself is a nice, thick, very soft sherpa (alone it would be a terrific blanket), and while you can feel the wires as in all similar items, they are negligible in terms of my noticing or being bothered by them. They come with a heated blanket, but these are thin, flexible, and are really not annoying at all. I chose the twin size for my couch so I could keep warmth around my neck and back and knees, as well as covering my feet and I'm glad I did; the throw size would still be nice, but it's fantastic in a full length. Haven't washed it yet but it doesn't look complicated, and the controller detaches easily. The cord is very long, so it can be positioned any way you like without having to stay right next to the outlet. I have had a number of back surgeries and have RA, and to be able to relax into this magical blanket and warm my joints is a dream; as a woman of a certain age I also get too warm sometimes, and the ten settings allow me to get the temp just right for my biorythms. On high it gets as warm as my heating pads, and on low-medium settings it takes the chills and spasms away, and the blanket is dense enough to pad the knees and ankles perfectly. I couldn't be happier with this blanket. The deep blue is also really pretty, and folded up on the back of the couch it looks as nice as any similar sherpa blanket, and better than many. It can also help keep the house thermostat down, and the timer prevents you cooking if you fall asleep (and you will). Insomniacs, fellow travelers who have pain, feel anxious, or just need to beat a drafty room, do yourselves a favor. Recommend this highly, in any size or color.

I have just ordered my second one of these blankets. My first one lasted a year and a half before it stopped working. I have a very big dog and several kitties that also loved my blanket, lol my daughter too and I believe my blanket submitted to the pressure we put it under. Looking forward to getting my next one!

Lovely Westinghouse sherpa throws! Can I get a replacement remote/cord for it? Thanks you!Bought 2 last September 2022. Use only in winter on top of the bed. For a few months total. No pets or stuff on top of it. Turned off when bed is warm. But noticed that the remote kept getting warm right from the beginning. Then this week an odd smell and it apparently overheated.Now it won't light up or power the throw. However the throw itself still works when I plugged it into the other identical throw cord/remote. So the remote is bad. Throw is good.

This seemed like the perfect solution to a cold house. It worked like a charm for 2 weeks and then one night just died. The remote wouldn't turn on. I tried other outlets but clearly just a defective product. Not impressed and have initiated an exchange. I hope the next one is better.

This blanket heats up fast but doesn’t evenly distribute the heat throughout the entire blanket if it is bunched up. I find laying it out flat allows the heat to distribute throughout . In comparisons to other heated blankets, I find it gets warm fast and keeps you toasty

Avait déjà une doudou de cette marque depuis 3 ans , mais avait quelques fils qui ne chauffe plus . Cette couverture est plus grande , très douce, chauffe rapidement et souvent je la maintiens au niveau 2 c'est très confortable.Très bel achat. Je recommande .
