UC-E22 Replacement USB Cable for Nikon DSLR D500 Camera, USB 3.0 A to Micro B Cable, 6 Feet

A thick, very sturdy cable. I purchased this as a replacement for one that was omitted when I obtained a used D810. It works fine, but one thing: the plastic plug head at the camera end is larger than the original. This only becomes an issue if you plan to use the plastic cable retainer that comes with a D810, it won’t fit the retainer. It fits the camera fine, just not the retainer. Not a major deal.

I lost my connector for connecting my Nikon to my computer. I took the one I had to buy a longer one and ended up buying an extension as I could not find a longer one at the store. When I got back to my office, I had the extender, but the original was gone. Sigh.I ordered the new one and when it arrived, I took it out, attached it to my Nikon and then to the computer and turned the camera on. It worked perfectly. Does what I need it to do, no fuss, no muss and a 5 star rating from me. I like things that are simple and easy!

Unlike other cheap USB cables this won't wiggle out!

This is a good product, but it does have limitations.It did allow my camera to be a web cam but it limitedhow much of a scene I could show.

I did not use the cable for charging. I used it for transferring pictures from my camera to my computer. Good build. Good transfer rate for large amounts of data. Fit well in my Nikon D 850.
