This is a great cookbook for reducing inflammation. There are many foods to get increased inflammation but the recipes in this book focus on the ones that can help reduce it. There is also a sample meal plan to help you get started. There are over 1000 recipes to help you get healthier for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There are many omelets, different flavors of oatmeal, smoothies, muffins, salads, soups, vegan bruschetta, pizza, and so much more to choose from.

Reducing inflammation
If you suffer from things like headaches or joint pain, you maybe suffering from inflammation. Inflammation can cause a lot of issues in the body and this cookbook has a lot of great recipes. I really like that the recipes are rated on difficulty. Plus there is a 12 week meal plan. I can't wait to try some of these recipes.

The recipes are very easy to follow and can help you lose weight. They explain how each meal is designed to cut out components that cause inflammation and provide alternatives because different people can be triggered by different things.

I have to try and stop the inflammation in my body! I’m learning so much from this book. I would suggest it to anyone wanting to start an anti-inflammatory diet!

The recipes in this book will help you to improve your health and reduce chronic inflammation. The recipes are easy to follow and the ingredients are easy to find.

NOT anti inflammatory food
This is just a book of disorganized recipes. There is no rhyme or reason to its layout. Once I received it, I started browsing through it and found ingredients such as mayo, white bread, processed food, sugar, and more. A TRUE anti inflammatory diet should lean heavily on the Mediterranean diet: whole food, very little red meat, whole grains in moderation, low sugar, lots of fruits and vegetables and legumes. I actually started laughing when I read the ingredients on most of these “recipes”. You will NOT feel better if you follow this book. Instead, find yourself something better. I gave you a hint on what to look for. Oh, one of the examples of a recipe in this book? White bread, cream cheese, and cucumbers. Yes. That’s your sandwich. Noooooo. Buyer beware.

Anti-inflammatory Diet Cookbook
Certainly the book has a direction to provide recipes that have an anti-inflammatory action, I have always believed that food is the medicine of the body and what a good way to expose the great variety of recipes. However, I feel that images of the recipes were missing, in order to encourage the reader even more to make these recipes and in this way not lose the dynamism. I feel that a point to highlight in the book is that for each recipe there are some nutritional data necessary for a person who is truly taking care of their diet, for which I consider it valuable to highlight this particularity
