Great product for the price
Well design and build quality is not bad either. I should have bought a few more when the price is low.

Surprisingly good build and surpsingly good RC car.
Packaging : CADA products tend to come very well packaged, and this is no exception. The box is surprisingly small for a brick-built RC setup, but makes sense. The set comes in an array of non-numbered bags and one extra box for the motor / control / power unit.Instructions : The manual is well printed and well color matched. The color scheme of the car creates a few issues - you need to be very mindful not to confuse the dark blue and the black parts (which can be done on several occasions). The build order makes sense, although I will put a little bit of advice here - go to the very end of the manual, pay attention to where the stickers are going to go, and *add them as you build where it makes sense*. Things like the rear license plate or the stickers on the front grille are incredibly difficult to add after you build without taking things apart, and some of the others benefit from being added to the assembly in question before you attach it.Stickers : Yes, this set has a fair number of them, and as this is a WRC Race Car, they make sense and really add to the look and feel. The sticker sheet is high quality, and not TOO big. As noted above, a few wind up getting added to places that really need to be dealt with as you go, but most of them are OK to put on at the end. Ordinarily, I take a point off for 'sticker over multiple parts', but I'm going to give this set a pass on that point as the stickers in question make sense, even if that is something to be avoided.Parts quality : Score of 99/100. Nothing missing, everything fit well, one part had a bit of damage from a bad injection molding from the factory - but nothing so critical that it hindered the build or the final look.Set design : Overall, VERY good as a 'toy' set. This is absolutely not a "put on the shelf and stare lovingly at the set that you spent hours carefully tweaking the drive train on" set. All of the technical bits are in one big black box with controls on the bottom, studs on top, and a few technic pin adapters on the front and rear - if you were looking for having to carefully fit in the motors and build out the steering system yourself, you're looking at the wrong set, but for a kid (or bigger kid) who just wants some fun with an RC Car that they built the shell of themselves? Perfect. The build is very easy and straightforward, and doesn't use a lot of difficult techniques - but it feels good, and it looks good.... and really, for a fun drive-around-fast RC car that you build? Sometimes, that's what counts the most.

Fun, buildable RC car without the Lego up charge
I’ve assembled a few generic Lego block sets recently though this is the first RC build we’ve done. My thoughts on the set.- Block quality. Brick sets really are defined by the quality of their bricks and after having built a few of these generic sets recently, I can say their quality really improved from the bad old days. The quality of the bricks in this set is about average for generic sets, which means they’re generally pretty good with the odd one feeling too tight or too loose. For the price very liveable though I’m still reluctant to mix these in with my official bricks.- Build. Very straight forward. If you’ve done any of the Speed Champions sets this will feel very familiar. That said the instructions say to add the wheels to the RC unit as the first step. Don’t. Wait until the car is built before finishing it with the wheels. Doesn’t affect the build but allows you to build the car off a flat stable base without any stress to the axels.- sections. The build isn’t broken out into bagged sections but that really doesn’t affect things as the number of pieces are quite manageable.- RC functionality. It works. The car isn’t lightning fast but a good speed for use indoors on uncarpeted floors. Maybe a bit slow compared to pre-built RCs but any faster and even more bricks would go flying in the case of an inevitable crash. Has steering adjust to try to get a straight line when simply pressing forward on the remote.- Remote. Super cheap feeling but it works. All in all a nice looking car (kinda looks like a Porsche clone), doubles as an RC car. All at a price that’s cheaper than an official Lego set.

What's not to LOVE??
This car is SO MUCH FUN! We do quite a bit of building with things like this around the house because everyone of my kids have inherited my curiosity. This car has been built now by 3 of the kids and each one complains when it is time to put it back together for the next one to have a turn. Dad thinks he should have had his turn first... This car is quite easily put together, my 8 year old did it in about 3 hours. The only problem we have had is that the colors in the book and the actual colors of the pieces are a little hard to determine sometimes so you have to be extra careful, but then, you should always check and double check when you are building to make sure you get everything right so this has actually been a good lesson for my kids. The girls are having just as much fin with this as the boys! Build the toy and race it around! Annoy the cat! scare the dog! fun, fun, fun!!The book is really easy to follow which makes the building of it go along relatively quickly and keeps the children engaged because they are seeing results. The first time we put it together was a bit on the rough side because there are a million stickers, and some of the stickers are too hard to put on after it is put together - so definitely look at where the stickers go and put them on along the way for that first build. The pieces fit together perfectly and look really very close to Legos, but the price doesn't say "Lego's" at all! This is so affordable in comparison, and really, just a very affordable race car. I don't think there is anything not to love about this toy!
