This product is great because it is a foam and does not require a machine for cleaning. Does great on my jewelry that are both silver and gold. Lots of sparkle.

Great stuff. Cleans and makes diamonds shine and sparkle. It's portability makes it great to take to work for Utica clean up. I bought 2 so I have one at home and one at work. Rinses cleanly. I would recommend.

Easy to use and good value for the money. Where I live this stuff costs close to 20 dollars at the local jewelry stores.

I have no doubt that this is a good product as I have used it before. My contention is with its shipment: there was no protective cover (typical plastic cover) so I have lost about 1/4 of the liquid! The bottle and the envelope it came in were soaked. This was disappointing!

Returns the shine to my jewelry.

This is touted to be a foam. I have purchased another foam called lavish and it was great. This is just liquid which would not foam at all. I thought it was the pump. So I tried it in the lavish bottle. Nope. Still a runny mess. Do not buy this product

Good product.

I have purchased this for years and it has worked brilliantly on my gemstones. However, this bottle seems to be defective. It doesn't foam. The packaging leaks too. Not sure whether to return and re-order. Can the seller advise me on whether this is just a fluke or has the manufacturer changed it? If this is a fluke, I wouldn't want to give a bad review but if I don't hear back, I guess I will give it a bad rating.

If I could give this product a -10 I would. This product does not work WHAT SO EVER!

Not very happy. Container must have leaked and only received about half bottle. Not impressed.
