NOT RELIABLE. USELESS AND STOPPED WORKING IN 6 MONTHS.
Though the camera successfully establishes a connection with the WiFi router, but it encounters a recurring issue of disconnection and subsequent reconnection every 10-15 seconds. This problem, however, does not manifest when linked to an alternative WiFi router. Regrettably, the root cause of this behavior remains elusive despite my efforts. Regrettably, the customer support provided no resolution, and it appears many other users are grappling with identical concerns.The camera curiously vocalizes the phrases "disconnected from WiFi" and "connecting to WiFi" each time it establishes or re-establishes its connection. This quirk is somewhat perplexing, given the desire for discreet security camera operation. A simple in-app notification would suffice in this regard. There is no way you can mute this announcement.Although equipped with motion tracking capabilities, the camera's performance in this area leaves much to be desired. Notably, it does not consistently return to its original position once movement ceases, prompting me to disable this feature via the app.Additionally, an unsettling occurrence transpired over the past two nights, wherein the camera autonomously adjusted its position slightly. Consequently, the recorded footage proved futile until manually restored to its initial orientation. Such behavior is entirely unacceptable.Regrettably, the camera's night vision capabilities fall short of expectations. The resulting imagery is marred by excessive graininess and a lack of digital noise reduction (DNR). Nighttime video quality appears lackluster and is exclusively viable within confined spaces or when supplemented with additional lighting. It is essential to note that outdoor use, even in shaded areas, is not advised due to the camera's lack of weatherproofing.The camera's remote repositioning via the app yields instantaneous physical movement of the lens. However, the accompanying video feed experiences significant lag, rendering precise control via the app challenging.Establishing a connection to the video stream proves inconsistent, characterized by laggy performance and an approximate 50% success rate. Subsequently, repeated attempts are often necessary via the app to achieve a successful connection.Last but not the least...the camera stopped working within 6 months of use and the customer care is of no use. Service center in Kerala is at Kochi and I have to spend more money to repair than the cost of the camera. So now I am using this as dummy camera.My sincere advice, please do not by this brand.... there are many brands who give replacement guarantee for 2 yrs... this camera is not worth. They have very few service centers and they refuse to replace

Worst camera quality & Software issue
Avoid CP Plus cameras at all costs.The quality is absolutely terrible, to the point where faces are unrecognizable even under good lighting conditions.The so-called night mode is a complete failure - constantly malfunctioning and forcing you to manually switch it on.Whatβs worse, their return policy is a joke.You are stuck with a useless replacement of the same faulty model.No option to exchange for a better model or switch to another brand.This is a complete waste of money and trust.Stay away!

Ok but not good in two way communication
The product is Ok but it support only 128gb memory card which is not enough. Also the two way communication is not good enough as you can listen at one time to one person and have to hold and talk. It should work like phone where both persons should be hand free.
