Excellent bags for Marinating large recipes
We bought these for Marinating pork shoulders to make hams with. They had a nice amount of excess at the top for tying off after putting 8 pound+ roasts down in them with curing solution. The shoulders were bone in and even with rolling and squeezing them during the week+ long curing process we never had any leaks or punctures in the bags. Will order again when we run out
